"Order placed on 5/1 not received by 5/20. No email update about backorders, no communication at all. Called and was told on 5/21 would ship tomorrow 5/22. Called 5/23 was told will ship today or tomorrow - notice a trend here? No offer to upgrade shipping, no promises and seemingly no regrets. Was told 1 item out of several was the reason for the delay, why didn't they send the other items?? All items were listed as in stock on their web site at time of order. Worth paying a dollar or 2 more for better service and a reputable company. I have ordered from them before once or twice without issue but it's not worth the hassle, perhaps if you call to make sure items are actually in stock before placing order it would be worth it, I ended up cancelling my order."
