"Bought a socket 478 p4 to update my old PC.Got the cpu with 7 bent pins,bent them back into shape and installed in my system. CPU burned my motherboard up.When I returned the cpu I just wanted the money back I spent on the cpu and not for them to replace the board.They refused a refund stating that the pins were bent,when I received my original purchase back,no pins were even slighty bent.Not a big lose as the cpu was only 40 dollars,but it does go to the character of the company.Seeing how the 40 dollars means so much more to them than repeat business.I will warn as many people as I can about the shady nature of this company.I had to toss the cpu in the trash but have learned a valuable lesson in the ordeal."
