posted May-21-2012 “We are so sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order. The cable lengths are pulled from a 500 foot spool and coiled so they may appear to be twisted up. As for the caps, we do make them oversized so that Silicon can inserted in the cap as to completely isolate the connectors from the outside elements, which is the only way it can be classified as true direct burial. As for price, we are very competitive and back up every sale with technical support, something that can be difficult to obtain in large stores. We appreciate your feed back and will work harder to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

"Outstanding service and value! Looked, for years, for good outdoor speaker system, and stumbled over OSD. Shopped Bose, Yamaha, Klipsch, etc... Found a "diamond" with these guys. Ask questions - get answers. Call and a "live" person answers. Wanted the bigger outdoor speakers, but got real due to limited space. Sound and tone quality were not lost to smaller size (4"). Brackets come with pair (no hardware or cable). Got 16 gauge white cable matching speakers! installed with pliers and screwdriver in 15 min. Pro job tauted by family and friends! - Thank you!"
