"Ordered a Promag wrench, received a AIM wrench. Bait and switch. Ordered and paid for the genuine item, shipped and received a cheap copy. Reported them to Amazon."

"I'm glad I found this sight to write this review! Don't trust this company OutdoorBunker to send you what you ordered. They butt in in front of other sellers on Amazon just to make a buck from people ordering. They don't even stock the items you buy sometimes, and will try to pawn off other items they have in the place of your order hoping you won't send it back for refund. This company uses fraud by sending wrong items to paying customers knowing they didn't order the item there company sends in it's place. My item was send twice, wrong both times and they knew it before they sent it. They need to be investigated, or sued by some one living close to them for there deception and fraud they get away with. Think of the thousands they make by this deception on people who don't go to the trouble of sending items wrong back."

"Buyer BEWARE!!! Ordered a Highly Polished Sterling Silver Zippo lighter from them through Amazon. They sent a Highly Polished Chrome instead, with the Zippo price tag of $26.95 still on it and it arrived in the Chrome lighter box. Checked their website and they don't even sell a sterling silver lighters. I have reported them to Amazon and will also be doing so with the BBB."

"Order was with Paracord Planet; same ownership as Outdoor Bunker, and 500 Tactical. first order placed Friday and shipped Saturday. second order placed monday, shipped Thursday but only after emails asking to update the status. Ordered on another monday and here we are on Friday with nothing. The number they gave me didn't work, won't respond to emails, won't call me...fear for my money, had to call me bank to stop the payment. Will not order from again. If it's not a scam, they aren't organized. "

"Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered a back pack from Outdoor Bunker and only received the frame. Ok accidents happen and I attempted to call their customer service number to have the correct item shipped (the invoice had the correct item listed). They do not accept telephone calls even though they list a 800 number and all correspondence is forced to be email based. They state if in before 4 PM CST they will answer the email the same day but the fasted they ever responded to mine were the next day. Their emails are short, cryptic, and obviously written by someone who is less than literate. They wanted me to ship the wrong item back at my cost even though it was their mistake. After a couple of email exchanges they sent a return shipping lable with no other note or acknowledgement. I very frustrating and uncustomer service oriented company to deal with."

"I went through the same thing, no response from customer service. back order was cancelled and still no response. Called my credit card company and they took care of it. 6 weeks later I receive an e-mail saying they have shipped the cancelled order, e-mails and a phone message had no effect. Credit card company put a block on Outdoor bunker and if I don't get any e-mails or phone call from them the next step is the States Attorney General this step takes some form filling but works great."

"I guess I was lucky - I actually got a product, just not the right one. I arranged to send it back, and received another of the same wrong product. After that, I did not receive an answer to my email detailing their mistake. Now it is too late to comment on Amazon.

The specific problem is that they are offering for sale a container of pepper GEL (Model # MK-3-GEL-H-US), according to both the description and photo on Amazon. The reality is that they are shipping pepper SPRAY in the form of the Duathlete product (Model # MK-3-AM-US). The gel form is much to be preferred to the spray, and is also more difficult to find.

One would think they might appreciate the heads-up about the error in order to forestall future problems - fat chance."

"A waste of time-do not do business with them. They did not fill the entire order and six weeks later still nothing. Others have noted their customer service is worthless and I agree. If you want to spend an eternity listening to country music while they have you on hold, then call them at 888-478-0880, X224. "

"Six weeks later they filled my order and shipped it to my old address. I did give them my new address two weeks before they shipped the order. This company is unbelievably inept. I do not know how or why they are still in business. Do not buy from them."

"You already have had some ideas about this stores reputation. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, period. In fact, you will never be able to reach any real person from their customer service if something happens. If you find yourself get stuck in such scenario, contact your bank immediately, they will take care of that on your behalf. I filed a complaint with BBB, hope everyone will know and stay away from these people. "

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have been trying to contact this company about an order that is far overdue. I received an email when it did not ship on the original date saying it would ship within one week. It did not. I was taken for $125, I am sure I'm not the only one. No one will answer emails (tried customer service and sales) and no one will answer the phone. I regret ever dealing with these people and am considering canceling my credit card since they have my information."

"I recently ordered through their online store at www.outdoorbunker.com and had a VERY negative experience. They did NOT fill my entire order and the ONE item I really wanted from their site did not get shipped even though their web site showed it did. I tried calling the number on their site at least twenty times over a 10-day period at all different hours and always was put in call waiting hell that cut me off every time after 3-minutes. I submitted inquiries through their online web site 6-times and NEVER received a response. I responded to shipping notifications they sent for my one order 4-times (they split the shipment in two because they put two items on back order / did not have on hand, but their web site said they were available) and never heard back. BOTTOM LINE: ZERO customer service bordering on criminal --- they will take an order, they just won't fill it or respond when you follow up!!!"

"Outdoorbunker Outdoor bunker problems.
Made a 125.00 order at website. After several days did not receive my order. Called but to no avail.Calls were cutoff after 10 minutes after being told by an automated voice to e-mail. Three e-mails and no response as to my order status or shipping. Its been 15 days now. I would not order from this company at their website. E-bay or Amazon would be better because they have a complaint resolution process. However any company that has poor service like this is bad news."

This buys them 4 weeks since I'm in no hurry, my armory is well stocked.

Week 4 I e-mail their "sales" reps inquiring about the status of my order. I receive no reply.

I try to reach a human by calling the only phone numbers I can find, 888 478 0880, and am directed by Eric to an elusive and mysterious gentleman, "Andre", at 701 237 4699 ext. 222.

I leave two messages. A week goes by. No reply.

Week 6 I call my credit card company and recount my miserable, unresponsive dealings with Outdoorbunker.com. They reverse the charges, I get my $100+ odd dollars back, end story.
