"I ordered knee pads 9 days ago and never received any notice that they'd been backordered. I went to my account on their site to find out. Their Live Chat doesn't work. I ordered from the site knowing they're located about 20 minutes from my home. I expected quick delivery..ugh."

"Horrible company, dont order anything from these guys. It's impossible to contact them at their customer service number, it will go straight to the voice mail after a long wait and they will never return your call. I emailed them to cancel my order way before it shipped and they still shipped and charged my card. Don't order from these crooks. Also the item I ordered was $11 the shipping was $12."

"Originally ordered a 30" Std Contour Remington Wingmaster barrel from them on 14 Jan 2012. Three days later, they cancelled the order and informed me the item was mistakenly listed as available. I looked on the site and they had a Light contour barrel for about $45 more. I asked if they would be willing to substitute the barrel. Not only did they give me the higher priced barrel, but they did not charge me extra. Great customer service!"

"Ordered two items - a set of knee pads and elbow pads. On the Web site both pads were in stock. Received the elbow pads on 08/13/2010 but no knee pads. Current status was back order. Received my knee pads two weeks later on 08/24/2010. Big deal right? No it was a big deal because I needed them by 08/21/2010. The company's Left hand doesn't coordinate with the right hands somehow - warehouse stock doesn't match with what is posted on Web site. I suggest calling the company first before purchasing online. "

"A quick google search for the Kershaw Blur turned up OutdoorPros.com - The company had the best price so I figured i'd give them a shot. The order process went smooth - a week went by and not a peep from them so I logged in to check my order.

1. They didn't have the product in stock - despite their site saying they did (apparently they don't believe in inventory).
2. They didn't notify me of any delays
3. They charged my card despite not having the product or shipping it (This is actually illegal)
4. When I asked them about my order they told me they didn't expect to have it for up to two months.

Stay away. The low prices are NOT worth the hassle."
