"Placed a couple orders for upgrades recently--RAM, hard drive. No pain, no problems, items arrived on time and shipping was very reasonable. Talked to tech prior to the last order to confirm compatibility and that was painless as well."

"I purchased an XLR8 USB Interview v2.x (awesome price 37.99 !) from them and was sorta dissapointed with the performance (granted my computer was aging). I requested an RMA online shortly thereafter and Diane T from CS responded via e-mail within 2 working days with the information necessary to return this thing. I was absolutely impressed with my ability to return an item for store credit that was open and non-defective without a restocking fee. Most companies will tell you you're SOL if you're not happy with the product or if it is not compatible with your system. Their Airborne shipping is excellent and reasonable too (I always opt for next-afternoon as it gets there in the same time as next-morning for less $$$) I was issued a credit memo by the end of February for 37.99. I since then made a replacement order with the Shane's (CS) awesome help. for a Griffin PowerMate. Its sad reading all these negative reviews posted by people who don't read company policy before purchasing and expect rules to be bent. I work in customer service as well and know exactly what these guys go through. I look forward to making a fifth order with them. Hopefully they'll get the PowerLogix G3 800 Zif in stock soon!!! Kudos!

Got my RMA replacement at 8:00 AM on Friday using Airborne next-afternoon service. The PowerMate is awesome even though it is an expensive novelty. But hey, I had store credit! I wish the company that I work for handled orders and RMA's this smoothly! woohoo"

"I have purchased many, many things from OWC over the years and have never had a problem getting a replacement or even exchanging products. Their email support is definitely sub-par (I've even had pre-sales questions go unanswered, totally unanswered), but their telephone support is great.

In the last 6 months I've made 3 separate purchases of over 10GB of RAM and all of it checked out perfectly fine. I never hesitate to order from OWC, and they are always my first choice.

Excellent company, great prices, and cheap, fast shipping. "

"I have used OWC for many years. Although they may not have the absolute cheapest prices, their service is great. This goes for sales, and especially for technical help. If you have a tech question or problem, OWC has staff that know their Macs and how to help. I've been extremely impressed & pleased with their technical expertise, and I'm sure you will too.
Last but not least, they charge very reasonable rates for shipping. When comparing prices, consider the TOTAL cost of getting the item. "

"Was not familiar with this store before purchase, but they had a very good price for audio card I was looking for and was in stock (fairly new product).

On-line order qualfied for free shipping (UPS Ground) and received within 4 days (including a weekend).

Tracking order status was good and item arrived in sturdy packing.

Not much 'history' here at Reseller, but turned out to be a good experience all the way around for me..."

"I purchased a new processor, more RAM, and an additional internal hard-dirve for my MAC. The telephone salesperson was helpful, courteous, and VERY knowledgable about MACs. When the items arrive they had good instructions for installation and everything fit PERFECTLY! Additionally, the prices I paid were LOWER than the prices in their add in the April issue of Macworld magazine! DOUBLE BONUS!! I doubled my processor speed, added RAM, and added a huge amount of hard-drive space all in about an hour! I could not be happier with their products and service! Thank you Other World Computing for saving me needing to buy a new computer. This "box" will now keep me happy for at least another two or three years I'm sure!! "
