Shipped wrong unit. they payed for shipping both way. by the time they got this done the cd writer was out of stock and they would not sub another unit. NOTE THE DID REFUNH FULL AMOUNT

as usual with OWC, no problems at all. I've been ordering from OWC since almost ten years (!) and didn't have a single issue so far. Tech support is top quality: they do not just sell away, they know what they're selling and how to use/install it.

As usual, super prompt, product as described, arrived on time as promised without any gouging on the shipping.

I searched the web pretty cafefully, and OWC had the best prices. But I didn't expect the extraordinary service I received. I placed my order via the net, but then realized I had forgotten a couple of items. OWC's customer service by phone was able to add the items without any increase in shipping and make sure they were shipped with the originally ordered items. Next time I need something for my macs, I will be sure to check out OWC first.

4 gb memory for Mac Mini is very reasonably priced and WORKS unlike what I previously purchased from a national retail chain.  
 
Memory went in quite easily with the OWC/macsales online video tutorial. It was actually easier to follow the tutorial while installing than last time when I figured it out myself in my old mini.  
 
I waited a month to review to see if anything happened. Nope, product works perfectly and the extra memory gives my mini the zip it needs to run all the mac programs, parallels with xp and zune all at the same time. With only 2 gb, it took forever to switch from program to program. Now it's likety-split as expected.  
 
Shipping and delivery were exactly as ordered and as expected.

Purchased a Newertech USB to DVi converter. This arrived in 2 days and functions perfectly. I have a Mac Pro and output to a Vizio 26 in main monitor, and a 20 Apple Cinema display via the USB converter. All is I expected.

I was notified immediately of receipt of order then when it shipped. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. So far is working wonderfully and as expected. I have four other external drives from OWC and each one has and continues to perform well without problems. I did not need support on this order but have in the past. Support response time was fast and helpful. I would not buy an external drive from anywhere else. Why mess with a good thing?

Love OWC, can trust that items will run on a Mac. The hard drive bundle was a great bargain although a bit difficult to locate on the site. Didn't think I would need the little tool kit, but turns out my Torx drivers were too large so was very glad to have the kit now. Cloned the original HD over to the new one in the enclosure that was part of the bundle, and then swapped the two with no problems. The instructional videos on the OWC site make all this very easy!

Ordered two PC100 memories for a 2000-vintage Mac. Other World Computing (OWC) provided the best price I could find, even from local used-parts companies (which were selling for 3 times the OWC price.) The order arrived in three days, and the memories worked perfectly (and my old Mac is now running Yellow Dog Linux like a champ.)  
 
I have ordered other items from OWC for new machines and have never been disappointed, either with the item or the delivery time.  
 
In addition, OWC provides everymac.com, an invaluable source of detailed specs and information for older machines.  
 
In summary, OWC is a very good corporate citizen, and I recommend them most highly.
