“Hi Monica:
Just as a follow up to the emails we sent to you, it looks like you should have received your priority mail shipment today. Postal system is showing it as out for delivery. Your particular order was shipped within 24 hours of receipt via USPS priority mail. Normally these packages arrive within 3-5 days within the continental United States. I am guessing that given you are located in the Virgin Islands this drove an extended delivery time more in the 7-10 day window.

It seems like these folks are really paying attention to value and thinking from the point of view of the customer. Lastly, my dog's vote: 5 Stars for hours of chewing and play. She loves her new organic bully sticks. We bought the largest size in 3 varieties, low odor, regular, and regular extra thick. She is on a raw food raw meaty bones diet and I am extremely fussy about her chew treats. We could not be happier.
