At your request, our sales staff had quoted you reseller pricing on the components that you ordered, and as such we require a 3% credit card fee. However pricing posted online is not subject to this fee. In addition the components that you ordered were special order, which you were informed of at the time of the order, and as such, are not cancelable.

The correspondence was necessary in order to approve your order for shipment. The shipping address that we were originally given was not on file with your credit card, and it is Orbit Micro's policy to ship to addresses on file with the credit card company. It is very easy for someone that has stolen your credit card to put your billing address on an order, and then have it shipped to their address. Our measures we take help protect consumers from fraud, as well as us.
