"Ordered on 4/12. As of 4/26, I have not received my order. I have left 2 messages and 1 email with Jamie Remmington, Manager of Customer Relations. I then logged on to OrbitDirect website where I noticed my order was CANCELLED. I was not notified, whatsoever, about the cancellation. Horrible way to do business."
