"Writing this review almost a month after ordering Prescription sunglasses that was supposed to be in stock. Only after contacting Optics Planet a few days ago did I find out that they hadn't received the frame, and therefore hadn't begun work on the Prescription. I find it disturbing that it would take this long and that no notification was given to me. The representative i spoke to told me that it would be put on rush, but i should expect at least another two weeks before delivery. In the meanwhile i have to walk around with jerry rigged eyeglasses, that cant be cleaned without the lens popping out."
