"I have placed a couple orders with Opticsplanet in the past, however the last two times I have placed an order there have been stock and shipping issues that have lead me to cancel both. On this past order, I waited to receive my confirmation but received an email saying one item was out of stock and the order would not be completed until everything was in stock, and my card would be charged when it shipped. The only problem was my card had already been charged, not once but twice. When I called to inquire I was told their processing department had made a mistake. I asked about the possibility of a replacement item for the one backordered and was met with little concern. I cancelled the backordered item so I could get the other. However it took two more days and still no shipping information. I called an spoke with a customer service rep, who said the item was to be drop shipped and I should be receiving information soon. I waited til the nest day and still had not received a shipping number. I called back and was told the would check on the item from the manufacturer, but they would have to email back because the manufacturer does not answer their phones. Again no email. I chatted to cancel my order and when I explained the situation the rep called the manufacturer, funny the answered the phone this time. The order was still cancelled. I will go somewhere else and pay more money to not deal with Opticsplanet."
