Bushnell Trophy 1x28 Rifle scope - got this for husband for christmas. He already has it mounted to his rifle for work. Actually many in the department asked were we got it from, so you might be getting some more customers.

OpticsPlanet has great customer service and great prices. This is my 2nd purchase from them. I would recommend them to anyone and will be doing more business with them in the near future.

I have shopped a few times here and everytime my order is shipped quick and arrives in good condition.I have worn Serengeti sunglasses for years and will only wear them and will buy them from optic planet until they stop selling them.I wish you could bring the price down on the sunglasses that a presciption,is there a chance on that.

Excellent website, great array of the best products, free UPS shipping on most items and quick delivery, best prices of any other retailer/reseller that I've found and courteous phone representatives. They are doing things right. This is our fourth purchase and have had no problems. Very refreshing these days.

I am very frustrated with my order. I called to place a next day shipment 1 full week ago. It did not show up, I called and was told, it was too late, but it would ship that day. The following day it still did not show up. I was then told it was not in stock but was now available and I would have it Wednesday. It did not show up Thursday. It is now Monday and I still do now have a tracking # to insure it will arrive today. I called severaly times each day to check this urgent delivery and was told I would be called back with the information. I recieved an email telling me that they were not able to get a tracking #, but I should let them know if it does not arrive today.  
 
This is terrible.

Great store to buy from. Very fast shipping and competitive prices. I've never had any problems with their service or products they sell so I can't comment on their customer service but have heard that they're great.

I was very happy with my purchase at OpticsPlanet.com. I received immediate acknowledgement of my purchase, lightning fast shipping, and no problems. Because this was my first purchase of a holographic sight, I was not sure my unit was operating correctly, but customer service quickly answered my technical questions, and did not leave me hanging.

My order for several Streamlight flashlight parts & accessories was filled completely and arrived sooner than I expected. I recommend this seller.

Optics Planet is an excellent online retailer. I originally ordered a different product that was unavailable, I decided not to wait for it to come in and chose a different product that turned out to be better anyway. They had a demo unit at an excellent price. When I called in to change the order I got right through, and spoke to a knowledgeable, articulate, american english speaking customer service rep. which seems scarce these days. The rep. was helpfull and courteous and the process was seemless. I got the product very quickly with excellent tracking etc. item arrived and even though it was a demo it looks and works like new. Can't complain at all. They are an outstanding online retailer. If I buy any more optics or assosiated items I will always check with them.

I was very happy with the whole experience. The selection is great, they have the best prices, and their shipping was fast and FREE. I checked every online site I could find for their pricing,all were substantially higher.  
 
All in all, I would give OpticsPlanet.com a 4 Star rating. Good experience. Highly recommend.

I found quality products at great savings but would prefer a choice of shipping.
