"Ordering Contacts through OptiContacts was a a mistake! It took TWO weeks to receive my order, even though on their website says shipping is 3 to 6 days. Their website does allow for orders that need to be shipped from the warehouse but says that information will be shown to you when you order if your order is affected by this delay. I WAS NOT given ANY information that my order was going to take longer, which was a deal breaker for me because I ran out of contacts before my new ones came. had I known it was going to take 2 weeks to get my contacts I would have went somewhere else. I was literally blind for 4 days because wearing glasses give me headaches. Then when I asked for Free Overnight shipping I was denied."

"Placed order for 6 boxes of contacts (3left/3right). They added a $20 processing fee! And they also pull a bait-and-switch with shipping (advertise $5.10 but charged $9.99)!"
"OptiContacts was very easy to deal with, good follow up, sending follolwups and reminders. Shipment in very timely fashion ,packaging excellent..will order from them again. "

I Thought that my order would come with the rebate form, as I have Received in the past from other online venders. Receiving the rebate form Along with the order would be a great and helpful Improvement to Opticontact's prompt and professional customer service. "
