"Excellent service. Zero problems!

I read the reviews before I purchased an item. The item I purchased was $1.68 a piece, they charged me $2.00 for a small order fee and gave me free shipping, so I was ok with saying they charged me $2.00 shipping, I added a second $1.68 item for a total order of $5.36.

I placed the order on 5/22. I was sure it would take at least a week to get to me with the free shipping. I had the items via UPS on 5/25. Not sure how they can afford to do this. Shipping via UPS surely cost close to $5.00.

I will order from OpenTip.com again."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM OPENTIP (aka ATAFA)! I ordered something that yes, the price was great on, and was in stock. It has been over three weeks and my order is still classified as "processed". I called to find out what was going on and got a call center that was obviously not in the US. She was going to check the warehouse and call me back (big surprise they never did). When I asked her name she hesitated for a few seconds then said "um, you can call me April"... That was the only time they would answer their phone. The option for CS goes straight to a voice mail. I emailed them and finally got a response saying "That order has been out of stock until today and will ship soon" Really? Out of stock until today? How convenient... I'm still waiting on my product."

"I received an item that was broken& there exact words were we can not issue a refund but replace the broken part, howcan you replace a whole damn desk with parts but entire desk is broke & to add injury to insult I had to pay extra money because open tip under estimated shipping! So now I'm out of nearly 200 bucks & no desk! Customer service won't even call back.Please DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OUR MONEY...SINCERELY VERY ANGRY CONSUMER"

"Ordered a PL215NAT Keyboard Tray from them. Ordered on a Monday. Got an email on Tuesday, that showed "processed". Product arrived next Tuesday.

Their email communication and site is not that great. But for the money I saved by purchasing from them was worth it. I'd order from them again."

"Don't ever use Opentip.com. They are totally unprofessional & rude and are pretty much ripping off our company, a non-profit animal shelter because they sent us shelves that don't fit. I would never recommend this company to anyone

"This place is awful. I ordered a gift for my dad for his birthday. He isn't doing to well, he always wanted one of these so i figured id make him happy and hopefully it would make him fell better some what. It was an inversion table in early feb. They should as they were in stock. i checked the order the next day i seen it was canceled. I called them to see why there answer was they called my bank and since the bank did not have my correct phone number they canceled my order. I re-ordered the item. money was pending in my acct...i called them a month later only to be told the item is out of stock and wont be in for another 3 weeks...i told them to credit back my acct and cancel the order, since at first they did not want to send me the next item simular to the one i ordered for the same price or cut me a break on shipping cost...the best the can do was give me a 8% dicount, which i think is nuts on something that was costing me 305.00 ...after arguing back n forth by email they finally gave me a 10% dicount...almost 2 1/2 months later i seen the money taking back out of my acct again..and item says shipped partially..i called to question it to find out item was not shipped. and the item still is not in the warehouse...no one calls you to tell you nada at all... almost 3 months later never recieved the item...what ticked me off the most my dad never got to see his inversion table at all cause he passed away 3 weeks ago...i really wanted him to have this one cause it was an therapy one with heat remote and all...i will never order from here again or ever recomend this site to no one at all..."

"Purchased a door lock from them. My door is left handed (from the outside, the door opens from the left) so I bought a left-handed door lock. For whatever reason, I received a right-handed lock that was mislabeled as left-handed. Manufacturer's mistake is understandable. What's not is that I am now going to be charged a restocking fee and shipping costs even though I ordered the correct product, but I was shipped a defective product. First and last time I will ever shop here."

"Bought a faucet which was so poorly designed it could not be mounted in a standard counter top. The company's service line could not be contacted for two days because they were having phone problems. When I finally contacted customer service speech was unintelligible as they outsourced this to people that could not speak English. It then took them more than a week to send a return authorization. One month later they refunded 3/4 of my payment keeping the rest as a "restocking fee." BULLSHIT. Never again!"

"I CALL TO CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS REALLY RUDE...I DONT KNOW HER NAME BUT OVER THE TOP RUDE...RUDE...RUDE...NEVER AGAIN!!!! THEY SHOULD FIRE CUSTOMER SERVICES AND HIRE NEW PEOPLE WITH POTENTIAL AND POLITE!"
