"Since the last rating for this address was in 2001, I don't know if it even the same group. But the new (old) operation worked very well for me. I ordered a $5K+ Sharp 45" LCD from them because they had the lowest price. (Living dangerously - no track record!) I called for availabilty and return info since it wasn't on the site. Jason said the web site was new, so all info wasn't up. (it seems to be operating as a part of PCMall since the he had both a PCMall email address and an Onsale address. Unit was shipped by PCMall) and that they were scheduled to receive 30 of the units in 6 days. Turned out to be true. Mine shipped by truck on the 18th and was delivered on Tues 23rd.
LCD was in perfect condition and is an awsome product.
Status Emails were OK, phone calls directly to Jason always went to voicemail. He did return all messages I left. But usually I just called their customer service and they were always able to check my order number and give me the info immediately.

Call the next day and Customer service helped me out and I asked them to add Fedex Overnight for Saturday delivery. They told me they contact me back about it when it shipped. I received no call back or email. I checked online on Order Status and that’s where I finally saw that it shipped and got it on Saturday. I'm still happy that everything worked out."
