"Bought a few sets for a special occassion and the prices were good, delivery was quick and the items were in good shape. The flowers could've been bit more fresh.

"I really love this store. I love how I can order flowers from my home without having to leave and drive in the hussle and bussle of the city. They have awesome prices and beautiful floral arrangements. "

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! BEWARE!!

For the record I will say I spoke to Nina from onlinewholesaleflowers.org to confirm my order the day before the following events happened.

2 days before my wedding I received about half of my flowers (only in mediocre condition by the way). Once my mother and I realized this we immediately called the customer service line and spoke to Nina. She informed us that the other half of my order was shipped directly from another flower farm in Florida. Onlinewholesaleflowers.org is based in Las Vegas. So much for the claim on their website that they see every single flower shipped to their customers!! What a joke! She had NO info on this farm, not even the city of where it was located or a contact person. Nina said she would work on contacing the farm or getting more info for us to try to track down the shipment, and never called back or answered when we called back. By this time it was 7 pm the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. I was in panic mode. Now I had to find substitute pink tall flowers that would fill 17 tower vase centerpieces. Onlinewholesaleflowers.org nearly ruined my wedding day. I spent the entire day with my mother frantically calling and visiting floral shops gathering what we could to fill in. Also, no trace of a "lost shipment" ever surfaced. I suspect the other half of my flowers were never sent out. This mess is currently being disputed with Dept. of Consumer Protection so my parents receive credit to their Mastercard for the flowers that were paid for, but never received. Onlinewholesaleflowers.org continues to be uncooperative in returning calls and letters. No bride should have to be in the position I was in the day before her wedding. Brides have enough to worry about as it is! Buyer beware."

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH E-MERCHANT! Placed order by phone on 6/13/07. $420.00 worth of flowers for delivery 7/6/07. Tried to call back to cancel on weekend (6/15) -wedding cancelled. No answer. Emailed. Received call back on home phone & cell on 6/19. Nina promised REFUND to credit card less 25% penalty (outrageous penalty - never picked, packed, shipped or delivered). Have repeatedly emailed and called. No refund! Usurious! Many BBB complaints. "
