They said it was on backorder and would ship in 3 weeks. After 4 weeks, no shipment and no communication. They responded to my email after 2 weeks of radio silence saying it would ship by the end of March. At the end of March, no shipment and no communication. I email again and get no response for another 2 weeks at which point they inform me that they have cancelled my order!! Now the coupon is expired and I\u0027m screwed. I suspect that they charged the government the $40 without shipping. I smell a con game and would not order from them again. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!! Now I have no coupon, no converter box and they most likely stole from the government. I got the boxes today, 3+ weeks later, they are open, but I knew that too going into this the website says, just scroll down in the product details (should have been higher). I tested both boxes and they both seem to be working.
