"Worst customer service experience, EVER! Don't shop with these idiots."
"ordered to Canada, Big mistake, half of the items were sent in wrong sizes. called "customer service"(what a joke)was told as an international customer I have to pay for their mistake and return anything out of pocket. Tried to reach some type compromise,nothing. Spent over $400 with them and got totally screwed!!!!"
"This has been my first experience buying at OneStopPlus. Online shopping experience was very good, but took twice as long to receive order than the estimate given. Some items exceeded my expectations in quality, a couple of cheaper items were not as good as I expected in regard to quality (I'm ok with that). All in all I'm happy with OneStopPlus, but their choice of freight company is letting them down. And when I contacted OneStopPlus 'Live Chat', their support consultant was polite, but offered no help, I was hoping they would offer to contact i-Parcel to see what the hold up was, but they don't do that. On order I was advised, 5 to 7 business days. I ordered 25th October 2012, and received all items as ordered on 15th November 2012. Freight service used was i-Parcel. Their online tracking service is very poor, and appears as if it is not kept up to date. Although I received goods today, i-Parcel tracking still says "Arrived at destination and will be entered into the delivery stream after successful clearance" (awaiting customs clearance). There is no customer support number for i-Parcel, they can only be contacted via email, and their responses to my enquiries were very poor, they did not have any answers to my questions. "
"Do not order from this website. They have horrible customer service. I ordered several items and I never received them. Called to track and was told to contact my post office. Post office did not have any record of receiving items. I'm out $130.00."

"My complaint is not only with One Stop Plus (OSP), but also with Redcats USA, Inc., which is not only the mother company of OSP, but of Woman Within, Roaman’s, Jessica London and more affiliates.My most recent shopping experience was with OSP with the order number listed. I gave a not so good review of the item I purchased and added that I have always received poor quality material from its sister companies, and added that I was (and am) done shopping with them all. Well, my review didn’t get posted. I was a bit skeptical when all the items (approximately 9; includes numerous items in one order) that I had purchased from OSP and their affiliates all had gotten great reviews in the past, when I experienced such poor quality items. Now I know for sure; they do pick and choose their reviews. Their (all merchants listed above) quality of clothing is made of the thinnest material I’ve ever seen; the type of clothing you find in your local small import stores. I have never purchased anything from any of the Redcats USA, Inc. merchants that had even a little bit of substance to them and their reviews are always four to five star ratings.I have never sent anything back or tried to resolve any adjustment issues, so I can’t speak for their customer service, but just something to consider (carefully) before buying from any of them: BUYER BEWARE."
"As you know I received the jeans and they were too big, so what I ended up doing was paying for another two pairs in a sizewhich should be 2 sizes smaller. well the second lot arrived today and they also are too big. I just want to comment thatsince I did measure myself with a measuring tape and even THESE are too big. That your sizes are not accurate as the website has portrayed.so I am quite unimpressed. I have spent double the money obviously to order it twice in different sizes and they STILL are not to my size or satisfaction.Frankly I should get a refund but the postage to send them back (around 80+ dollars from Australia) would make that STILL not worth my whileasking for a refund. But you have a very unhappy customer.Melanie"
"Beware of review system - they pick and choose which reviews to post. I became aware of this when I rec'd an item that was not at as pictured. So I photographed the item showing the difference and sent it in with a review. It was never posted - was watching as I already suspected them of discarding negative reviews. when I wrote and asked why there were reviews posted since I submitted mine (all positive), why wasn't mine there? Reply I received: "Your feedback is important to us. Please note that not every review is posted, but we do try very hard to post a representative sample of the reviews we receive."apparently, their version of "try very hard" is post what makes them more sales and ignore the rest."
"I purchased five bras in the course of a year and in June received an email saying, "As a member of the bra club you've qualified for a free bra". I was supposed to receive a voucher in six weeks. After 10 weeks I emailed them only to be told, "Sorry-- clearance bras don't qualify"(apparently one of my five was a clearance bra). They are the ones who sent me the email to begin with! The quality of their clothes just keeps getting worse and worse; apparently so does the quality of their customer service."
"I wish I had read these reviews PRIOR to ordering anything from OneStopPlus. Not only will I be communicating with every single individual vendor of theirs to alert them to the fact that associating with OSP is NOT helping their customer base. I placed an order on 7.2, and on 7.03 I received an email w/tracking number saying the order was shipped. The UPS tracking number showed it was never received. I communicated with OSP via email SEVEN times...all they would say is that it would arrive by 07.12. On 07.11 I received an email saying all my items had been returned. How can I return something I've never received? When I emailed & stated I wanted the items, adn wanted them sent next day air since the error was theirs, I was told I would have to call to "try" to get them at teh sale price. If I'd wanted to place a phone order, I would have done so originally. After 30 minutes on the phone, I'm receiving my order in 2 days. I'm also cancelling my other outstanding order (placed on 06.27 but still "backordered". They must have some kind of warehouse--items just vanish into thin air between ordering and processing.) and contacting the attorney general as another reviewer recommended. Note, I order online nonstop--I work 10-14 hours a day and dont have the time or desire to spend time in stores or on the phone--and have NEVER written an online review before. This shows the extent of my frustration and disgust with OSP. From now on, as inconvenient as it may be, I'm ordering direct from the vendor--and I'm so disgusted I don't believe I'm ordering from Woman Within, Roaman's, or Jessica London ever. I would give this site negative stars if possible."

"Worst customer service ever. Returns and exchanges are a nightmare, not easy as they claim. They don't honor their sale prices, they gouge you for shipping, and when they mess up an exchange they expect you to reorder and pay for shipping again. That's it, I am done with these idiots. I swore a year ago after the last fiasco I'd never order from them again, and I was stupid enough to give them another chance. Seriously, buy from people who actually care about their customers. "
"Ordering from this company is an exercise in futility. I ordered presents on June 2nd. They were shown as "in stock." After weeks of waiting for the order, I checked the status and found it now said "Processed." Waited some more. Still didn't come. I wrote them and got the runaround and canned responses until someone finally told me they were in stock when ordered but "back ordered" when ready to ship. HUH?!?! How can something be in stock when it's ordered and then suddenly go missing when it's processed for shipment? It's either there or it isn't when the order is placed! They are obviously selling items that don't exist! I just checked the status again today, more than a month after my original order and it still says the order is "processed for shipment." When I called, a recording told me that one part of my order is now back-ordered to *September*! Because the status says processed it won't let me change the order or cancel it!"
"I placed an order in March and paid by Paypal. One item was backordered until April (not a problem, it wasn't a rush item). Main order arrived in March, backordered item arrived in April as expected. In May, they sent me a collections notice. After about a half an hour on the phone with them, it turns out that the Paypal transaction hadn't gone through for the backordered item (a problem with their processes, not my account). They tried it again a few days later and it went through without a problem. The collections department was never notified that it did go through, so they proceeded to contact me. Bottom line--they created a situation, resolved it but didn't communicate that internally, and then made it my problem. Super shady."
"Wow imagine that OneStopPlus.com DO NOT currently plarticipate in reviews... Can't imagine why. Their Customer Service is a joke, I've been waiting 1 month to get my order and they say it's been delievered BUT nothing has been delivered to my house. They have a GREAT tracking system and when I call to let them know it has been delivered, I get told that they need to report it stolen??? How does this company stay in business? And how many levels of managers in Customer Service do they have? Seriously I WOULD NEVER order from this company again, I would rather pay higher prices elsewhere."
