" I began searching for easy to use SLR camera a couple months before deciding exactly what to buy and how to make the purchase. I searched the internet for all the information I could find and went to several local stores weighing out my knowledge with recommendations from many sellers. When I had made the choice of what to buy the question was now where and whom to buy from. I did some serious comparison shopping locally and online. My son suggested to buy online due to pricing differences but being very leary of all the internet superhighway hipe I was very nervous to shop this way. After several weeks checking online prices from thousands of websites I chose Circuit Digital to make my purchase due mostly to the 75% review ratings. The service was exceptional, the package contained exactly what was ordered, all new, very good price and arrival time was as expected. All exactly what I had read about the company in the reviews. Thumbs up to Circuit Digital!! I have a new outlook in shopping online. I will definitely use this company in the future to buy camera products & must i add, They have some good deals on Plasma & LCD T.V'S as well!"

"By far the worst online buying experience ever. I also dealt with "Sam", who is obnoxious and rude. I also got suckered into a low price for a camera and when I didn't get their overpriced warranty, batteries or memory card, he got short and hung up on me. Noone would ever return emails or let me know when it would be shipped. Today I reached Sam and he hung p on me twice. When I reached him the 3rd time, he said camera wasn't in stock anymore. I said "Good" cancel the order and he said "Done". He then cussed at me and hung up. I feel like flying to Brooklyn and whipping his butt!

Is there an online BBB we can report these guys to? I am concerned that they have my credit card number and I wouldn't be shocked if they commit identity fraud against us.

SLEAZEBAGS....I bought from B and H phot....$50 more but I have used them 5 other times and they are very honest. oneclick is evil....ZERO stars.

Here is a link to the NY Attorney General's office. Please take a few minutes and call them and let them know about these guys. I know I am going to.

"I had place the order and got an email confirmation which said to call "PLEASE NOTE: ALL ORDERS MUST BE VERBALLY CONFIRMED." I called them immediatetly to check on the order and I was told by the rep who was rude to telling me the order is cancelled. All this happens within 30 min of me placing the order and the person just hung up on me.
When I called back, I got to talk to the same person (looks like the same person is Customer Service rep, sales rep , doesn't matter what option you pick on the phone menu it went to the same person) when I was hoping to talking to another rep and when I again inquire why my order was cancel, the rep said it out of stock.
The attitude of the person was so rude, when I asked for their name, they used the f*** word and hung up.
Beware before you do any business with these guys."

"On 4/24/06 I ordered Panasonic Lumix FZ30k camera from oneclickdigital; called "customer service: on 4/28 to see status, was told camera is out of stock and order is cancelled, then the guy hung up on me before I could even respond to that! I called back and just hit "0" and was told (by a guy named Ricky) they were out of stock and the camera would come in two weeks. I then called the "sales" department and was told they had the camera in stock. But the guy said their Mack 3-year warranty (which I was previously quoted $99) was $129; he kept hustling me for the $179 5-year warranty. I said I would try another store. But I decided to call oneclickdigital again and asked for customer service. When I asked why my order was cancelled, the guy (named Sam) put me on hold and never came back.
This company is a racket. I think there are two guys working there, Sam and Ricky, and they were not eager to give me their names when I asked (after the experience of that first guy hanging up on me), so they probably made up their names. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
The Mack warranty is available at other stores at a much lower cost than oneclickdigital!"

"I placed an order for a Canon S 500 Digital Camera. The salesman said they had them in stock. When I refused to add any of the overpriced accessories, the salesman told me they were backordered and would not complete my order. I told him that he had just told me they were in stock and he hung up on me. "

"Buyers Beware! Unfortunately we have learned this the hard way! We had placed an order with Digital Ebuys for a TV on Dec. 14th. We have not received the TV, can't get a hold of anyone when we do, all we get is the run around. They sent an email today saying the item had been shipped to expect it next week. When contacting the freight company which they claim to be using, there is no said account set up with them! Cancelled our credit card, now it's being disputed. STAY FAR AWAY from these guys! "

"I've read so many reviews of outfits like OneClickDigital.Com, (aka - CircuitDigital.Com) that I wasn't surprised by their routine.

I ordered a Canon Optura 30 video camera over the internet as they had one of ther best prices available. The next day I received the "Call" from a sales associate who began by telling me what a great camera it was and I'd really enjoy it.

He proceeded to inform me that the battery which came with the unit would only last 30 minutes and that it would take 3 (yes, THREE) days to recharge. Of course they had extra batteries they could sell me for $100-$150, and how many did I want? I declined the batteries.

He then said they had a great deal on memory cards ($100) which I also declined.

Then came the pitch for the extended warranty (also declined)

I explained very calmly and politely that all I was interested in was the stock factory package that Canon ships...and that I hoped it wouldn't be a problem.

After a very terse "Enjoy your purchase", he hung up on me.

Within minutes, their websight showed that my order changed to "Back Ordered" status, even though the cameras were still advertised as "Available" in the order area - I was so surprised (NOT!)

I cancelled the order, paid $50 more for the same item from a reputable dealer, and I'll have it tomorrow.

As I said, I should have known better - but since I was prepared and somewhat expecting their shenanegans, I only lost a day in the process of my purchase.

Hopefully, to those of you reading this, you won't waste youe time and/or efforts on these guys in the future.

"I ordered a television from this seller. Same day, I received an email telling me that I needed to call to confirm the order, but no phone number was provided. I looked up the number, called, and was told that I would have to call back in an hour. I looked up the number again and called again. There seemed to have been no purposed to the call other than to find out why I was not purchasing the extended warranty. Today, having heard nothing further for more than a week, I looked up the order on the web page and saw no activity. I called again and was told that the order had been "canceled," because the product was sold out. I asked when I was to be notified of the cancellation and the fellow cut me off and hung up. I would not order from this company again."

"I bought a Canon EOS Digital Rebel from them at first it sounded like a great deal. Buy after getting the camera and the other items they sent I found out it was not a good deal. The battery they sell for $100.00 is a $10.00 battery. The charged is about $20.00 they said it has a retail value of $240.00. They sold me a 5 yr service Plan from Canon that covers everything for 5years even if I dropped it. When that sent me the warranty card it was from Mack camera and it covered very little. I checked with Mack Cameras they told me what to ask for, so they sent me that card it was only good for 2 years Mack Cameras don’t sell a 5 year warranty that covers everything, I also did not get a warranty card with the camera when I ask them about that they told me that they had sent in all my paper work for me to canon. But when I checked with canon they told me they do have you to send it in with that I suspect that I was sold an refer camera. WHAT EVERY YOU DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THIS STORE. I am trying to get my money back I hope I can. You can also file a complant with the state of NY "

"Plased order via on-line form.
Called to check if order was plased as the site did not show the order.
Sales person said order was in their computer then proceeded to try to sell me extra items. When I made it clear I only wanted the one item I ordered, he said he cancelled my order and hung up on me.
I then recieved an e-mail saying the order was cancelled.

This "bait'n switch" is very bad business practice. I'll never recomment "OneClickDigital.com to anyone.
