On the bright side they shipped the right lens.
Unfortunately that was all they did right in my interaction with them. On May 6, 2009 I placed an order for a Canon 70-200mm F2.8L IS USM telephoto lens. For all of the mainland OneCall offers an inexpensive $9.96 shipping rate but for some inexplicable reason people in Hawaii are forced to choose at a minimum 2nd day air ($26.78). Offering FedEX Ground shipping would be a much cheaper and attractive option.
My order status sat in processing until Friday, May 8 when I found a voice message from OneCall requesting that I call the. I phoned in to find my order was on hold because I have a non local number. But after I explained I'm military and that it is a cell phone the CS rep told me it would ship soon.
Friday evening it shipped from OneCalls Spokane, Wa. location via FedEX 2nd day air. I was e-mailed about the shipment and provided with a tracking number. The package arrived in Hawaii on Saturday, May 9. On Sunday, May 10 I tried to contact FedEX to request the package be put on hold at their sorting facility. Initially the FedEX CS rep responded that this would be an easy change but quickly took that back claiming that system wouldnt let him because the shipper requested that and suggested I contact OneCall.
I then attempted to use the OneCall live chat. I connected to their chat CS rep quickly but after I asked my question, about why I cant put the package on hold and if they could do anything about it I received no response. I waited ten minutes before giving up and calling in, I ended up speaking with Ken who looked up my order and said that OneCall did *NOT* request that the package only be sent to my house, and that there is no reason I shouldnt be able to pick it up at the FedEX sorting facility. After I got off the phone with Ken my chat conversation was punted to another rep (15 minutes after I had last said anything) who helpfully asked Didnt you just talk to Ken about this on the phone? I ended the chat conversation noting how they completely ignored the chat window.
On Monday, May 11 I again called FedEX requesting the package be placed on hold so I could pick it up at their distribution center. The rep told me again that OneCall had requested that I not be able to do that
I told her that I had spoken to OneCall and they said I could. The FedEX CS rep failed to find any way to mark it on hold. Monday after work I went in to the FedEX sorting facility to attempt a pickup anyways, for two reasons first is because I wanted to get it quickly and two because I hoped that at the very least I could get someone sane that would see how illogical it is to not let me put it on hold for the next day. The local rep said I could not pickup my package because it was in a bigger box marked for Tuesday delivery (remember, it has been on island since SATURDAY) and so I would have to wait till Tuesday for pickup. He claimed that he was able to mark it as on hold and informed me that I could come in any time after 1000 to pick it up. Somewhat satisfied I drove home. Shortly after I received a call from another local FedEX rep who noticed I tried to get it put on hold. She told me that they cant put it on hold because OneCall requested that they absolutely physically verify my address
I pointed out that I live in a 45 story apartment tower and that no delivery person has ever gone beyond the guest parking lot. But this fact breezed over her head and she insisted again that it must be delivered to my shipping address. After more back and forth banter I thought we had come to a good middle ground
My package would be placed on hold and I would come in with a state issued ID that has my mailing address on it.
Tuesday, May 12 I check the FedEX website to make sure my package is on hold
and what do you know, it is on a delivery truck! After work I go *back* into the FedEX distribution center and ask why it was sent out on a truck and the woman at the counter again insists that they had to attempt at least one delivery before I could pick it up
I explain to her my experience up to this point but it was like talking to a brick wall. She didnt seem to get how irritating it was that I couldnt pick up my personal property on either Monday or Tuesday that had been sitting within a stones throw since SATURDAY. Aggravated, I asked if she could tell me when on Tuesday now itll be delivered. She sent out a message to the FedEX delivery truck asking for an ETA and took down my phone number (the out of state cell phone that gave OneCall the fritz) and told me she would call me when she had the ETA. I head home and wait. At around 1745 I get a call from the woman at FedEX telling me that since I have a residential address itll be delivered between 1800 and 1900. I immediately go to the FedEX website and sign up to have text messages sent to my phone with all updates about my package and I go down to the guest parking lot to await delivery.
At 1830 my phone received a text message from FedEX
It stated that the delivery failed customer not available. I was sitting there in the guest parking
no FedEX truck ever arrived. I immediately got in my car and drove back down to the FedEX sorting facility and asked if I could *now* pickup my package and find out why the delivery failed when I was sitting there waiting for it. The CS rep now allowed me to pickup my package and the failed delivery reason was written on the box
Need local number So basically FedEX held my package hostage till Tuesday because they could and took it for a ride around the island without ever intending on delivering it because I dont have an 808 phone number.
Also of note is a sticker OneCall placed on the box informing FedEX that only they can make changes to the delivery route. OneCall: Tell your CS reps about this
or better yet warn customers about this so for those of us where this is a huge inconvenience we can choose a different company to do business with.

Excellent - no muss no fuss, and fast. Ordered, via phone, a 60" Pioneer plasma and had no issues at all. Shipping was really free with a tracking number and included a shock tag. They were very clear on their website and from their order taker how to handle the shipping and you must listen to them. The shipper was R&L and their website described a delivery date one day before the actual delivery - One Call warned of this and said you must call the shipper to obtain an exact date. The shipper beat me to it and called me to set up a date and time - after that their online date was corrected. All was fine. I don't blame OneCall for this very minor shipping issue as they are at the mercy of these companies and they did warn me of the issue. In all, a very simple, easy, and clear transaction. Highly recommended.

GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!! Everything you'd hope for with an online purchase. Immediate email confirming my order. Followed by another email from their shipper, after the order was processed, complete with tracking number. Two days later I have my digital camera, just the way they described, brand new in the box. No wonder ONECALL is rated so high!!!

My first time buying experience with Onecall.com proved to be a guarantee for
customer satisfaction. After extensive internet research I chose Onecall not only for the excellent feedback of other e-buyers, but also for the competitive prices and the 12 month no interest finance plan. The Sony Bravia 40XBR7 and the BDI 9981 REVO TV Stand were shipped together but the Tv stand arrived damaged. I notified Onecall immediately and Chad who answered my call was very reassuring on the phone and offered to give me a discount should I decide to keep this fine piece if designer furniture. I decided to send it back and Chad instructed the driver to take the shipment back. The Tv on the other hand arrived intact -very well packed and equipped with Shock Watch.
The 2 week waiting time for the new cabinet to be ordered from the manufacturer and shipped was well worth it.
Dax and Hollie were updating me on the phone about the status of my order and the estimated time of shipping. Dax and The Shipping Manager intervened on my behalf with the local delivery company to make sure I receive the cabinet before the Easter holiday.Half an hour after the cabinet was delivered and unpacked with the help of the driver, Dax called to make sure everything went smoothly.
Needless to say, I will buy again from Onecall.com and strongly recommend this e-seller for its impeccable customer service, its convenient finance plans and its competitive prices.

I love OneCall!! I ordered a camera that has been on backorder on Ritz.com, and after waiting forever and calling their "specialists" (they didnt know when they would get a new shipment), I just decided to cancel.
I found OneCall.com and it was on backorder as well, but I entered my email address to be notified as soon as it become available.
The next day, I got an email that it was in stock.
I quickly make the order and call them to confirm that it IS in stock and it will be shipped out. They reassured me that it was in stock.
The guy I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Later that night, I got an email saying it was canceled, however, I got another email with a new order number saying it was being processed.
Confused, I gave them a call to clarify.
The guy said that he made a mistake with my first order and canceled it, but started a new order AND upgraded the shipping to Fedex 3 day.
The great thing is, Fedex delivered it 1 day sooner! So, overall, I'm VERY happy. They are a great company. Authentic products, superior customer service. Highly recommended!

Ordered a Samsung 52" LN52A850 LCD TV with a free Universal Remote on 2/23/09. It was at my door 3 days later with free shipping. OneCall wasen't the absolute cheapest price, but had the best reviews among the lowest prices. Well earned reviews, I would deal with them again. The TV was delivered perfect, no damage, great price, I saved almost $850 total over a brick & mortar local store. Definately recommend you check them out.

I just purchased a Pioneer PDP 5020 FD plasma tv from One Call. This was my second purchase from them and this transaction was as smooth as the first.
The priced was right and the tv arrived in 6 days, in perfect condition. They even use the best trucking company as the driver even helped me get the huge box into the house.

I ordered one Kef iQ7 floor speaker over the phone. Mike, the representative for onecall.com, was pleasant and helpful and the order taken quickly. Even before ordering I had emailed onecall.com several times and was quickly answered by Chad, another onecall.com rep. Overall, the staff, GREAT! pricing and the FREE shipping will keep me coming back. My next purchase will be a Kef sub, and I know where to go.

I ordered an Onkyo TX-SR576 Black 7.1-Channel Home Theater Receiver from OneCall. It arrived on the third day after ordering, which was super fast processing and shipping. It was packed very well and arrived in perfect condition. The price I paid for this receiver was the lowest I've seen anywhere online or in a store. My experience with OneCall has been very good. And the Onkyo TX576, what a nice receiver! I'll do business with OneCall again, they are great.

I bought a new Samsung TV from ONECALL. They beat all the local Electronic giants by at least $700 dollars. I ordered the 52" LCD at 11am Thursday and it arrived at 11:30am on Friday. It came from another State. The whole buying experience was great. I've bought a lot of things off the net. This was by far the best deal and best service I've come by. The TV was on sale at BB for $2799. I payed $1997, did I mention the shipping was free and no tax. I was shocked how fast it got here. I would not hesitate to make another major purchase from ONECALL.
Great deal, great price and great customer service.

I ordered an Onkyo | TX-SR576 Black | 7.1-Channel Home Theater Receiver from ya. It arrived yesterday, which was a day earlier than promised. It was packed very well and arrived in perfect condition. The price I paid for it was the lowest I've seen anywhere. My shopping experience with One Call has been great. And the Onkyo 576.........WOW! What a receiver! So thanks One Call! I'll be back.

I ordered a Sony Cybershot camera, which was marked down quite a bit. I first questioned the legitimacy of OneCall, but came to ResellerRatings and found they were legitimate. A good merchant selling at a great price.
I received the product as described. Tracking number was provided. This is a great merchant.

Toshiba 46 inch lcd tv ordered on Jan.31,2009. Delivered in perfect condition Feb 5, 2009. set it up in about 10 minutes, works great. I would highly recommend this company !!
