When I initially placed the order, Sara emailed me to inform me of the shipping charges, which was still a lot less then any other online competitors shipping. She was an excellent help to me as I tried to maximize my order to take advantage of the shipping costs. An outstanding piece of customer service, and I will be sure to order more from this company when I need more supplies.

Our business needed a specific item in bulk but couldn't find it at the local box stores. I went online and started my search, everyone had it just not at a bulk rate. Then I found "On Time Supplies" they had bulk rates but even better the regular price was less than half of the original ones we'd purchased and they offered free shipping for orders over $75 (which was exactly what we needed). Only problem was the business needed them right away and we only had a checking account no Credit Card. I called the toll-free number and was shocked to talk to the owner personally. I let him know our situation and he so graciously worked it out for us to have our order in time even when mailing in the payment, "It was great"! The company chairperson was so impressed he has decided to start placing orders for his office through them as well.
