"Do not try this website. They are bunch of crooks. I placed my order on Nov 13 for a Garmin $189. They called me on Monday that I need to buy a charge.I told them to cancel the order but the guy Mani told me they would charge a 20% restocking fee. I told them just to ship the unit to me without the charge. Then I checked back the website and the order status showed BACKORDER. I called back immediately to cancel the order but the guy Mani told me not "because I did not want to". What a bunch of crooks. I am going to call my credit card company to fix this"

"I was in the market for a Canon SD790 and OnTime had the best price $119), I almost bought the camera, then I found out the camera is just the body and comes with nothing. No charger, no cables, No battery, etc and I called to make sure. After waiting a long time I talked to a slaesperson. He confirmed that I had to buy all these Standard accessories and was extremely rude and said I was wasting his time and hang up on me. I called the cutomer Service and after a long wait talked to a nice lady that confirmed that you only get the bare camera and referred me to manager. I left a message. Also I had sent them emails and they never answered. I would never do business with them. These people are the same as HD Camera world.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM> They are crooks, dishonest and Rude."

"I bought a Garmin 880 from their website.. which was for $416 atleast 200$ less than what is available anywhere else.. I got an email asking me to call them back to confirm the order.. The guy was like.. do you want a warranty? I was like I have a couple of questions and he says.. sorry I will have to cancel your order.. I asked what year maps does it have 2009? and he said it doesnt come with any maps.. I was shocked and then he asked me if I would buy it in $699.. I said I need it in the price I bought it for and then he wanted to give it in $600. I told him he couldnt change the price on me.. and his answer was - "I can do anything dude..".. and hung up..

I called again was transferred to him again and he said the product you ordered is not in stock.. then he was like if you want to pay 700$ we can ship it to you with 2009 maps.. and when I said they should honor the price they sold on their website.. the guy made an obscene comment.. I said I would have to report this to consumer court and his answer was "Wooooo I am scared.. Bye" .. and he hung up..

I had my wife call as a new customer.. they kept transferring her 3 times and then hung up.. and tried calling again and it quickly changed the message to our office is currently closed..

Its a huge SCAM.. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ONTIMEDIGITAL.COM "

"Tried to purchase a FujiFilm FinePix Z20fd digital camera for their low price of $99.99+shipping. Not thinking, I bought the camera before logging on to RESELLERRATINGS.com, which was a big mistake. After reading all of the negative reviews I made a quick call to cancel my order and purchase from somewhere else. The operator was very rude when answering the phone and actually hung up after saying "Hello, What do you need?". After calling back I politely told the man I wished to cancel my order and he asked me "Why?", like I'm obliged to tell him why I'm canceling. I am just thankful he actually canceled my order, as I had read about them not canceling people's orders and continually charging their card. Overall, my first and last experience with Ontimedigital.com was pretty much awful."

"Ordered an Olympus Stylus 820. Got the camera and it was obviously used and broken. I have tried to call them and get a recording that says "thank you and goodbye". I tried to pull up their website, and it's gone???? Oh well they screwed another person. Time for another unpleasant credit card dispute."

"great phone service. James was superhelpful. product- garmin nuvi 1760 arrived in 2 days - did not pay for express shipping.
called back for help with learning to use it and James was right there.
too bad about all the bad reviews - wanted to help other consumers since this was the lowest price and could find + no reason to avoid this merchant. "

"The worst customer service ever. A salesman called after my initial order to upgrade. He convinced me to buy additional items. The order was then shipped incorrectly and incompletely. I emailed 3 times and called customer service (Cathy or Kathy) 3 times and each time I was told the order was to be shipped and that I would receive an email confirmation. So far nothing. Now, not only have I not received my complete and correct order but I have to file a dispute with my credit card company. I will NEVER deal with these schlemiels again and I urge you to give them a wide berth as well."

"I ordered a Kodak z-812 IS camera from them only to be called by "James" from there store on all three phones (only gave them my mobile number, and the other two are unlisted!) he started the bait and switch routine mentioned in the other reviews and tried to sell me a battery I had already bought for $10 for $129 or he would not sell me the camera. Was very rude, and when I said I wanted to cancel the order, he said FU you're just wasting my time and hung up. I called my credit card company and canceled to card so they couldn't use it. These guy's are crooks, there are many sites with complaints on them or any of their dozens of other named "stores/sites" Avoid them like the plague. "

"Run far, run fast from this company. Tried to order a "Nikon 105mm f/2.8G ED-IF AF-S VR Autofocus Lens" for $529.00 as listed on their website, was informed I ordered the "wrong lens" that this was the "plastic version" and what I wanted was the "glass version" that was $999 as Nikon does not make plastic lenses (nevermind a f/2.8 VR plastic lens) and $999 is more than the MSRP for the "glass version". When I requested they simply ship what I ordered their response was to cancel my order and hang up. Not only did I not get the product advertised at the price advertised, I canceled my credit card."

"Unfortunately,I fell for this Bait and Switch. Tried to order a Nikon D60 camera package for $410. Got a call from there CSR to confirm the order. Was informed that camera came without batteries. My CSR Eli Silver, said a battery would cost me $100 and the charger $189. Said I could get a better deal if I upgraded to the "Super" package with battery and better lenses. I asked if all components were new and Eli said yes. When I received my package, I discovered all boxes were opened and lenses and camera are reconditioned! Package came with 70-300mm Nikon AF lens fit the camera but is not designed to work with the D60. The AF function requires that the motor be in the camera, and the camera only supports lenses with motors in them!!! Customer service "disconnected" me 6 times when attempting to return package. I was blinded by the "too good to be true" pricing and should have researched the company first!! Shame on me!!

Total for life lesson.... $850

By the way, you can get batteries on Ebay for $10 and chargers for $15. "
