"I ordered before looking at ratings here; all 3 were very dissatisfied. had i read these first, i would not have ordered. so i was VERY nervous about this order. i called the next day, and a salesperson said he would be sure it got filled that day. 4 days later my order (2x1gig ram for my powermac g5) arrived. it is installed and working perfectly. despite my anxiety, i would have to say that i am pleased with their price and they delivered my ram as described in their website."

Both times I did not get a tracking number though. The memory seems to work fine in both systems. Used the reference through dealram website to get the best price."
I ordered on their website, and I recieved order confirmation. They claimed the price was incorrect. The price was also listed on PRICEWATCH.COM - Be very Careful when dealing with this shady company."
"Extremely slow shippers. Waited 9 days to ship my order. I contacted them 7 days after my order to find out why it had not been delivered yet. They told me it would ship soon and offered no explanation or apology. I contacted them again a few days later only to find out they shipped it first class mail. Now, you would think they would have used an expedited shipping method to make up for lost time, but dont expect this company to care. Finally, on day 14 my product arrives. I checked Omni's website which promises SAME DAY SHIPPING and 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. I contacted them to let them know I wasnt satisfied and was told there was nothing they could do for me and blamed the delay on the USPS. When I asked what the USPS had to do with them waiting 9 days to ship my order, again they offered no explanation. Omni cares nothing about my business and their policies stated on the website are BOLDFACED LIES. If you contact them with a problem they are rude and ignorant. Avoid doing business with Omni unless you enjoy being treated like a piece of trash."

"These guys have to be Armatures working from their basement. They claim to manufacture their own ram, but they don't. They put a picture of a big building on ebay that they claim is theirs but it's not. They even switched their company name three times on ebay. I could only speculate why. They list prices very low but don't deliver. On July 8th I ordered 4pcs of a 1gb kit for a thinkpad t23. I called Omnitechnologies to confirm that they were in stock for shipment. After 5 minutes on hold, the salesperson confirmed that they were in stock and would ship that day. He said I would get an email with the tracking number. The next day I still did not receive an email. So I called their "world class customer service" so they state on their site. No answer. So I try to email them. No reply. Two days later I email them again. They respond to my email with an order cancellation email. No contact, nothing. I would attach the email they sent, but at the bottom of the email is a huge disclaimer about illegal distribution. They may try to sue me to buy a bigger basement. So the moral of the story is don’t make the mistake I did. Avoid these guys. "
"Classic bait and switch. Price seemed too good to be true...and it was! I ordered some RAM via their web site. Received a confirmation e-mail shortly thereafter stating the order had been received and confirmed and "You will receive another email with your Tracking Number when your order ships". 2 days later I received a vague e-mail claiming some kind of error and asking me to call them right away (even though I had provided both an e-mail and phone number should they need to contact me when I placed the order). So, when I called they said the price was too low and blamed it on another web site...even though I had saved a copy of their web site in anticipation of their little games (thanks to reviews on this website). Anyway, they tried to sell me the same item for a higher price. I asked them to cancel the order and credit my charge card. After 8 days, I followed up with an e-mail and reminded them to credit my charge card. 15 days have gone by now and no credit to date. Bottom line: BEWARE!!!"
