"Terrible customer service and one of the worst online purchase experiences ever. Ordered $6,000 light on 2/28/13. My credit card was charged full amount in early March. Item was back ordered but out of stock information was not evident on the site. Item was not delivered until early May. However, the canopy that was delivered was not the one I ordered so it took another two weeks before the correct item was delivered. Throughout this time, there was no proactive communication from them on the status of the order. I had to call them multiple times to find out what was going on and most of the time they were unable to provide useful information."
