Their price was the best I could locate on the net and the shipping was free. After a few days had gone by, I called the company to inquire about the shipment and to ask for tracking information when it shipped. They were responsive with phone calls, email follow-up and I did get the tracking information as requested. It took about a week for the order to arrive and they drop-shipped to me from Floortex's factory via Fedex. This was my first order with them and I was very satisfied.
