"I have always felt that one should expect good customer service when purchasing an item but that the true measure of a company is how they deal with issues when things go wrong....here's an illustration:

In this case i searched the internet to purchase an AllSteel #19 office chair. I came across OfficeSight and their price was extermely competitive. This is not your regular chair, this is a $1000+ investment and i didnt want to take any chances. I didnt know Office Sight but from the initial email exchanges with their sales rep Peggy Landau i could tell they were serious about service. I purchased the chair and it was delivered as described and on time. No problems.

However, I noticed within a few days of having the chair that it was 'clicking' when leaning back and over the next few months this became something of an irritation. I reported it to OfficeSight and they were immediately on the case. I exchanged a few emails with Gitty in their customer service and when it became clear that this was not repairable they agreed to replace the chair with a brand new one completely free of charge - and i could keep the original one!

If you are thinking about doing business with this company - do it! They are truly what good old fashioned America service is all about. And their prices are unbeatable.

PS I dont usually write testimonials but i felt compelled to do so in this case as their service was so good."
