I had to dispute it with Discover Card to get my money back. Notice there is no working phone number on their website. May that be your first clue as to their honesty and customer service. Run. Far. "This company is a disgrace to the industry. No customer service. I purchased $1927.28 in products for 2nd day air. I have recieved nothing and get no response from the company. I have called everyday but no return calls. I would not order from this company. They have an F rating with the BBB. I should have checked this but did not. "TERRIBLE customer service!! I was told that it was backordered and I would have it within a week... That was THREE weeks ago. I called and the number was not in working order. I emailed and asked for a call... Instead I got an email telling it was wasn't going to be in their store until December 22nd. They couldn't even call to tell me that! I asked again for a call and still have yet to hear. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!! There are plenty of other tackle shops with online stores that are great with customer service and would never treat a customer like this."
"Placed an order for (2) spinning reels on Aug.23,2011. Received one of them about 10 days later. Note in box said they were out of stock and would have it to me in (10) business days. It has now been over (20) business days and still no reel. I have left (3) telephone messages and emailed (4) times with no response. Very poor customer communication skills! Customer servce is lacking."
