"I ordered a rear windshield wiper blade part#ACD8-318. I got the right part number but the blade was for the FRONT windshield. My email receipt even said it was for the rear window. You labeled this part for the rear window wiper blade. I already ordered the part from somewhere else and will keep the wiper blade that you sent me for a spare. also, the shipping cost is almost as much as the item. I do NOT think that I will order anything from you in the near future. Thanks anyways."

“We are very sorry you received the incorrect wiper blade for your vehicle. Wiper blades are defined by vehicle application and by the size of the blade.

There are numerous times when the same size blade could be specified for a front or a rear window on the same vehicle.

since you ordered your wiper blade by it's part number we where unable to extract the vehicle you were ordering for.

Shipping is always an issue on inexpensive parts. the cost of shipping for a one pound package is the same whether the parts sells for Ten dollars or for One hundred dollars.

We do our best to keep shipping cost to a minimum but unfortunately, on a $8.00 part there is not enough profit to warrant free shipping and thus it is possible for shipping cost to exceed the selling price of the part.

"Although I'm happy wth the product itself, as well the price.... I am however very agrivated that it is not clear to the user on the website that necessary gaskets are sold seprately. The mfg info page that pops up gives the false impression that it is included with the part. In my opinion it would be better to include the gaskets with the order and adjust the price accordingly, or at least have a prompt of some kind asking if you would like to include the gaskets in the order."

"ordering from the internet site was great and easy enough, got part in reasonable amount of time, only problem with the water pump order was that your part puller had the time to open the box and put the extra gasket I bought inside the box but didn't have the time to put a little bit of packing paper or even some newspaper or anything to keep the water pump from flying around inside the box due to way to much box room in relation to water pump size, so now I have the gasket that came with the pump and the extra gasket I bought are both shredded to bits and pieces because the water pump was able to fly around the box during shipment, now I got to go buy another gasket to install the water pump."

"This part would not fit my car, even though the website said it was for my make and model. I paid $6 for shipping, which is not refundable. It would cost more to ship it back. It was a small part, so sending it back for a refund would cost me almost as much in shipping as it did to buy the part in the first place. I am extremely dissatisfied."

“Customer ordered a radio knob for his car. The web site indicates there were 3 radio choices for the vehicle and as a result there were 3 knob choices. Unfortunately the profit margin on a inexpensive part like a radio knob does not support us refunding shipping or paying for return shipping when the wrong knob was selected.”

"I ordered a rear windshield wiper blade ago from oehq.com and never received it after 3 weeks. Their site still said no tracking information was available, and I emailed then twice to check on the status and GOT NO RESPONSE. I was never told the part was on back order. My credit card was charged after I placed the order and I only got a refund AFTER disputing the charge with my credit card. When this review was posted they told resellerratings that I never placed an order with them, and I had to show the charge on my credit card bill to resellerratings to keep this up. These people are CROOKS and LIARS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!"

"Pro: Order arrived as described on the oehq.com website.
Con: Received a ups shipment notification saying that my package had been delivered and left at the front door. I looked around the front door and mailbox but no package had been received. I emailed oehq.com but did not receive a response (ever). I tried calling their number but was directed to leave a message. The package arrived the day after.

Summary: the item arrived quickly and the price was pretty good. Because I received the item I was pleased; however, if the item had been lost I'm not sure how oehq.com would have responded since they never got back to me (ever). So I have to base my overall opinion on the fact that I received the shipment in good condition and in a quick manner. Good transaction!"

"I received the part I ordered from you yesterday, much quicker than anticipated. My initial delight was quickly removed as the part arrived via UPS rather than USPS as stipulated on your website and order confirmation.

The net result is that UPS charges an exhorbitant fee for customs clearance to Canada as well as local taxes.


My complaint is with the change in shipping mode which resulted in my having to pay COD a brokerage fee of 31.03 (including tax) as well as local taxes for a total of $39.11 CAD, all of which would have been included in the $20 shipping I was charged by your company if the package had shipped via USPS as indicated.

"I was VERY disappointed in OEHQ. I ordered two parts for my car. Each from different online parts suppliers. The other parts supplier stated that there would be a 5 day delay on shipping the parts, OEHQ stated that they parts would ship that day and the shipping showed 3-5 days. I received the other parts suppliers parts 5 days prior to receiving my order from OEHQ. This would not have upset me as much except that when I FINALLY got the parts, that OEHQ had billed me for the day of the order, I only received 1 out of the 4 ordered and billed to me. I proceeded to call and explain, in which OEHQ did concede to their mistake and proceeded to send me the other 3. At this time I did ask that they be sent faster than the other parts as it took over a week to get the first order. I was assured that they would be sent right out and that they were sending them from a distributor closer to me so I should receive them with in 2 days. Long story short I did not receive the parts for over a week. I didn't even receive the shipping confirmation until 3-4 days after the phone call that assured me that the parts were going out that day. Again, I was VERY disappointed in OEHQ and will remember this in the future when I order parts online again."

“We are very sorry for the poor service you received from us. We do all we can to try and exceed our customers expectations but on this order we sure missed the boat.

Your original order was for 4 Camshaft Position Sensors that were non stock and needed to special order from GM. Our web site indicated that (special orders usually requires 3-5 extra days). This extra time is used for us to receive the parts from GM and then turn them around ship them to you.

In you case our order specialist misread your order of 4 and only special ordered one sensor. This error was not caught by us until you called indicating the shortage on you order.

We are very sorry for our error and would like to make it up to you in the future. If you could call us at 877-727-8726 we will be glad to discuss this issue further and try and make amends for our error.
