There are numerous times when the same size blade could be specified for a front or a rear window on the same vehicle.
since you ordered your wiper blade by it's part number we where unable to extract the vehicle you were ordering for.
Shipping is always an issue on inexpensive parts. the cost of shipping for a one pound package is the same whether the parts sells for Ten dollars or for One hundred dollars.
We do our best to keep shipping cost to a minimum but unfortunately, on a $8.00 part there is not enough profit to warrant free shipping and thus it is possible for shipping cost to exceed the selling price of the part.

Unfortunately the profit margin on a inexpensive part like a radio knob does not support us refunding shipping or paying for return shipping when the wrong knob was selected.”

posted May-25-2010 “We are very sorry for the poor service you received from us. We do all we can to try and exceed our customers expectations but on this order we sure missed the boat.
Your original order was for 4 Camshaft Position Sensors that were non stock and needed to special order from GM. Our web site indicated that (special orders usually requires 3-5 extra days). This extra time is used for us to receive the parts from GM and then turn them around ship them to you.
In you case our order specialist misread your order of 4 and only special ordered one sensor. This error was not caught by us until you called indicating the shortage on you order.
We are very sorry for our error and would like to make it up to you in the future. If you could call us at 877-727-8726 we will be glad to discuss this issue further and try and make amends for our error.

"I ordered a rear windshield wiper blade part#ACD8-318. I got the right part number but the blade was for the FRONT windshield. My email receipt even said it was for the rear window. You labeled this part for the rear window wiper blade. I already ordered the part from somewhere else and will keep the wiper blade that you sent me for a spare. also, the shipping cost is almost as much as the item. I do NOT think that I will order anything from you in the near future. Thanks anyways."
