"Where do start. They sent the wrong parts. It took three days and three phone calls for them to just email me a return recept. I sent the parts back with the agreement that the correct parts would just be returned ASAP. Almost a month, two emails, none of which were responded to, and a phone call later they finally refunded my money. NEVER AGAIN!"
"The web site, ordering process and shipping was painless. My only primary complaint is the side mirror I ordered had a plastic trim piece whose fastener tangs were broken. Shipping did not break them, so it is obvious quality control is not what it should be."

"OE customer service was friendly and accomodating. The parts were ordered Monday morning and with 3 day shipping, arrived Friday afternoon . O.E. Parts is alittle higher than a competitor where I got most of my parts and shipping is alot more expensive. The competitor's parts was cheaper, free shipping and also had my parts, which I also ordered Monday, to me Tuesday afternoon for a $10 overnight shipping. O.E. Parts are reasonably priced and had a good selection of quality parts. I would use them again in the future."
"I bought 7 or 8 parts on the 26th. I have not received any shipping notifications, but did receive one of the parts by UPS. The email I received after the purchase said I would receive shipping confirmation but I have not heard anything. I called once and left a message and even faxed my invoice without a response. When I made the purchade I used a coupon code that stated 5% off and free shipping. I did not get the free shipping. I emailed with out a repsonse. The fact of the matter is they have decent to great prices on there GM parts. As long as I receive all of my parts in a timely manner I will over look their customer serivce and lack of response time. Their website should update shipping information on individual parts like Summitracing or advance auto. update 12/08/11- I received the rest of my parts today. They were well packaged. I sent oehq an email asking about the rest of my parts. They responded quickly. No so much by phone. I dont want to be overly critical. They did deliver all of my parts in a timeley manner, just no shipping notification. I added some more stars because they came through in the end, Good job!"

There was a ding in the radiator top, and better packaging would have precluded that, but the item was still in good enough shape.Considering that Spectra Premium's head office had no stock on hand, there's not much else that could be expected."
