Web site look up is very good with a few errors like items only found in newer cars loaded when I looked for 1971 Chevy. Will return.

I ordered a rear windshield wiper blade 3 weeks ago from oehq.com and still have not received it. Their site still says no tracking information is available, and I emailed then twice to check on the status and have not gotten any response. My credit card was charged after I placed the order and I am disputing the charge with my credit card. These people are CROOKS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

The part arrived very quickly! It seems to be exactly what I ordered. Too bad it was an electrical part so it cannot be returned. Either the part failed right away or the computer is kaput, I will have to spend some more time trouble shooting. I will definitely order from this vendor again.

I ordered a rear windshield wiper blade part#ACD8-318. I got the right part number but the blade was for the FRONT windshield. My email receipt even said it was for the rear window. You labeled this part for the rear window wiper blade. I already ordered the part from somewhere else and will keep the wiper blade that you sent me for a spare. also, the shipping cost is almost as much as the item. I do NOT think that I will order anything from you in the near future. Thanks anyways.

Very, very good price and the order arrived when they said it would. There was a little problem with tracking my order on the website but after contacting them a UPS tracking number was provided. Great business, thanks!

This part would not fit my car, even though the website said it was for my make and model. I paid $6 for shipping, which is not refundable. It would cost more to ship it back. It was a small part, so sending it back for a refund would cost me almost as much in shipping as it did to buy the part in the first place. I am extremely dissatisfied.

This is a good place to find what I need for a car that is difficult to find parts for. The price was good although the shipping cost was a little high as well as the delivery time was a bit off but all in all not bad.

Received item in excellent condition, well packaged, but it took two weeks to arrive even though it was shipped UPS and the shipping cost was 40 percent more than the part cost. Technology enables us to order almost anything on line,pay for it instantly but transportation takes the lustre off the whole process. My experience with OE Parts however, was trouble free
