reply posted Mar-02-2012 “All third party sellers on Amazon list the company warranty which varies for each item listed and the condition of that item under the item comments box on Amazon. The warranty for this item was clearly stated on the ad as well as in the information and policy section of our store selling site , below is the exact listing from Amazon for this order. Amazon also offers customers the option of buying an extended warranty from Square Trade directly for many items, including the item listed below to customers. Warranty option appears on ads and is purchased at check out with Amazon/Square Trade. Buyers should not assume that items listed on any selling venue come with a manufacture warranty of any period and should carefully review all items listed along with stated warranty and policy from each seller. OEM XS strives to take care of all customers and their issues and would gladly take back an item for a refund in the original shipped condition should a request be made from a customer who is unhappy with the purchase made or did not note stated warranty periods on items listed.

I made a mistake by ordering a btx, rather than atx board. When I found out that I could not install it in my atx case, I called the company to explain the situation. They did not hesitate to offer me a free exchange.
