"Like most here, I also discovered resellerratings after buying from OCSystem. However, I think I didn't get shafted as bad as you memory buyers ;)

I got an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB and it indeed came as a red ATI card clocked at 378/320 (stock). However, the core and memory were both slow-assed and can't nudge past 390/335 without artifacting in g1/2/3 of 3DMARK03 and in g4 or PixelShader2.0 it actually artifacted! Sometimes at STOCK core/mem it would artifact on game 4!! This is absolutely not common, and most radeon9800's should do over 410/350 without artifacting on ANY benches.

Even worse, in Aquamark, I get 14k. This is pretty much impossible, as 14k is the type of score that a 1ghz computer with a gf4200ti would get. I know because I went onto the Aquamark homepage and compared systems and there was NO ONE with a r9800 anywhere within hundreds of pages of me!!! I'm on a p4 2.67@3.1 and 1g pc2700 2-2-2-5 and there is no possible way that my score would be this low.

So even though they did sell me what looked like the product that I bought, fact is even though the core/mem perform ok at stock, the card blew. Buy from another retailer.

EDIT:
Hmm, after going online to check out the memory on my card, guess what... the ram is Samsung k4d263238e-gc33 !!!! Waddayaknow, they voltmodded + biosflashed a regular 9800 and sold it as a pro version. They even stole "radeon 9800 pro" stickers & barcodes off a normal 9800 pro and stuck it on this card. Way to go Fr0zeN for being a dumbass. Never ever EVER buy from OCSYSTEM, unless you like it up the ass."

"I purchased a 9700 pro, or so I thought. When I received it I thought it was a little suspicious because the model # sticker appeared to be tampered with. I installed it and it said in the system that it was a 9700/9500 series card. I guess I didn't give it another thought until I upgraded my system and did some benchmarking and thats when I updated my drivers which said that it was a 9500. I talked to OCsystems and they didn't want to help me at all!! They said it was out of warranty. Well I said: What does warranty have to do with anything when It was the wrong product. It didn't matter!!"

"I ordered the OCS Enhanced 9800 XT, and ordered it to be overnighted cause I wanted it for a LAN party. Well, I ordered it and they charged my card. I did get it, however it wasn't overnight, it took them a week just to ship it out then they send it ground shipping! I now got the card, and there is mass artifacts in every game I try it on! They also refuse to refund me.

I JUST BLEW 600 BUCK DOWN THE DRAIN DOING BUSINESS WITH OCSYSTEM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!"

"Very bad experience with this company on two accounts. First My Roommate ordered a 9700 Pro from them which he got shipped to him on time and worked perfectly, however sometime later (about 2 weeks) he broke a capasitor off of the card by accident and shipped it back to ocsystem. Upon getting the replacement card back we found out it was nothing more than a 9700 overclocked to a 9700 Pro standards and ran really poorly on any system in the 4 in the apartment. I managed to sell the card on ebay for my roommate for about 220 dollars after my roommate paid 270+ for the card that was about 2 weeks old. I chose ebay rather then dealing with their horrid tech support. Ok, on to the Diamond Warp Case I ordered from them. I placed an order for their Diamond Warp Case with special cut blowhole fan and side fan. When I received the case the blowhole grill on top of the case was screwed down WAYY to hard and had bent in the aluminum on the top. Also upon inspecting the side of the case the side fan cut was VERY sloppy, exposing a lot of the inner of the case and just looking very unsightly. I also ordered some PC3200 RAM from them and recieved PC2700 RAM labeled as PC3200. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!"

"I returned 2 sticks of memory with rma's and after 3 and a half weeks of calling about replacements have nothing to show for it. Their only response is the product hasn't arrived yet when they are selling the exact same product on their web site and stating delivery in 1-2 days. "

"Save yourself the time to seekout another seller. These people have no ideal of what they are doing. They overclocked my cpu/motherboard/memory so high that my system would not startup. After emails/phone calls to them the could not explain why all the trouble I was having and was told to mail all products back at my cost. I found all the problems on my own. Memory was overclocked so high that board would not post, only beep.Cpu vcore volts set to high, and they claim to burn in for 48 hours. How could you burn in when everything is set to high.Tech support, what a joke. My money will go to another company that has a very good rating. Not oc system."

OCSystem.com, OC System rep has responded

“We do burn in all systems before they are shipped to customers. Should you have questions regarding setting of the system, please contact our system tech support at (877)785-3285. Contacting customers for any problems with the systems is our normal procedure. Therefore, should there had been any problems with the system during our burn in period, we would have contacted you. ”

"OMG! This is the worst buying expierence ever. I have a headache thinking about them. I first ordered 1gig of pc3200 ddr ram, and called to verify it was in stock before purchase. Then one week later was informed it was out of stock. I went through one month of their crap before i canceled my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!"

"I ordered 2 sticks of 256MB, PC3200, CL2 memory. After receiving them, I installed into my computer and it would not boot at 200Mhz FSB. I RMA them. The second time, my computer could only boot up at 200Mhz, CL2.5. I have to RMA them again.Finaly after over 1.5 month, I got what I ordered.
I will never order from this place again. "
