"I ordered some chocolate covered blueberries for my father's birthday. The website gave me an estimated delivery date of April 26th and that it will be shipped on the 22nd. The product never came in the mail and my order status showed that it was pending to be shipped. I emailed customer support on the 30th inquerying when the shipment will be made. I did not receive a reply back. I checked my status 2 days later and found out that they cancelled my order without informing me. I'm an unhappy customer and ordered blueberries from another supplier. My father is getting his gift one week late."
"I received my order just as promised. I was very happy with my whole experience from the minute I placed my order via the phone. When i opened my box, everything was there and very neatly wrapped and packed. My order was for a themed Birthday party consisting of "primary Colors" candy buffet. It was a huge sucess and everyone complimented on the candy... Thank You, Jodi B."

Customer service was superb... we received a phone call about the availability of one of the items so we could make a choice about how to handle things. "To be honest, I was a little disappointed this time. My previous order, also for 25 lb. of raw almonds, shipped free and, more importantly, seemed fresher. Either the current crop just wasn't as good, or these almonds are a little stale. I'm definitely going to need to store them in the freezer."
"Excellent NUTS! I bought some selections for resale at our Annual Church Christmas Fair and they were among the most popular items in our Food room. The quality of these nuts was terrific. We offer the Cashew Lovers Mix (my personal favorite), and both the Deluxe and Superior Nut mixes. No peanuts, what a treat! We repackaged the nuts in 6oz, 8 oz. and 1 lb packages. I am sure we'll be ordering again. "

"The corn nuts are great. The honey roasted nut mix was not as fresh and crunchy as I expected it would be. Perhaps too old. Just a little too chewy and pieces stuck together too much. I think the shipping was too expensive. "
