"When I opened the package of 1 lb. Spanish Peanuts from NutsOnline, I could not have been more disappointed! The peanuts were so old and stale, they were inedible. I wrote to the company, and they refunded about a third of what I spent including shipping. Why should I have to pay for shipping of a product that is inedible? I suggested they send me some FRESH peanuts, but they refused. I suspect it is because they do not have fresh ones."
"I was super nervous because I had read these reviews only after ordering. The reviews on the site were super suspicious and then I come here and low and behold...here are all the negative reviews the site refuses to post...I figured I was screwed.sWell... I ordered yesterday at 5:30 pm... my order arrived today at around 2 pm. Pleasant surprise as I wasn't expecting my order until Thursday. I opened my box expecting the worst still... but my order of dried strawberries was perfect, my Turkish Delights were soft and chewy...Sesame sticks, pretzels, corn sticks and chocolate peanut butter balls, all packaged well and accounted for + fresh. They even threw in a dried berries sample package.I didn't order the nuts which are getting some negative reviews... Perhaps I dodged a bullet there. And my dried fruit was fresh...so perhaps I just got really lucky. All in all i'm really happy with my order tbh."

"Poor Service and quality of the product! I ordered 2lb of Bee Pollen from NutsOnline.com. Bee Pollen was mixed with sand! I could not realize in a beginning. I blamed vegetables. I usually add it to my every morning drink. So, I took a picture of glass of juice with 1 table spoon of Bee Pollen and sent them.NutsOnline.com refunded money for Bee Pollen, but not for the Shipping cost. Unbelievable! I will never have a business with them again!"
"Ordered 2 lbs of freeze dried bananas, 2 lbs of freeze dried strawberries and some other miscellaneous items. Strawberries ($67 for 2 lbs) came shrunken, soggy and chewy. The kids who absolutely love dried strawberries don't even want to touch them. Customer service is useless. Very disappointed. Will be taking my business elsewhere."
"I have been ordering from Nutsonline.com since 2008. I placed an order before Thanksgiving and was sent an email from Nutsonline.com that package was sent by FedEx on that Friday. I was to receive package yesterday and didn't. I sent an email to customer service and they said they would run a trace on the package and see what happened to it. (They could see through the FedEx website that I had not received the package.) They said if I hadn't received the package by 12/2/2011 to let them know and they would resend. I don't want to wait....this wasn't my fault. I told them I just wanted my money back and to just forget it. I told them they have lost my business. Have not heard back from them."
"glad i found this site to see they are basically selling chinese poison. i was looking to make a review of how disgusted i was with the oriental mix. thank god i could only stand to taste one piece and couldn't even swallow that. i wont bother telling them because they obviously don't care anyway. interestingly they have a spot on their site for reviews but they specify only "nice" ones so don't go by that."
"All their product is outsourced from china with no written guarantee of organic. If pressed they will admit that they are USDA certified to handle process ship and import. But with no legit organic enity to check.If you look at the New York Times, the US has banned the Chinese organic inspector for many many infringements! The announcement was made today! This is dirty food they are hawking 'cheap'. Qualified Chlorella that is grown in Japan is roughly 4 times the price it is offered at nutsonline. Save your health, buy at all certified organic sites, where every item is certified by a board of independent certifiers."

"I ordered 10 pounds of chocolate covered almonds for my wedding from this company. I also ordered the ice pack that they suggested. When I received my order, the entire thing was melted!!! They not only wouldn't refund my money or take the items back, they said it was MY FAULT for not shipping next day. This company is a total rip off. DO NOT ever user this company"
"I saw a bunch of 5-star reviews on another review site, where almost all said the product was great, and the packaging was great, excellent, or whatever. Not to cast any doubt on these types of reviews, but when you think of a purchase you made, is one of the first things you would discuss with a friend about your purchase, the quality of the shipping?The reason I say this is because, when I ordered 4 or 5 1-lb baogs of chocolate covered expresso beans, the packaging was so bad, that when the product arrived, it was 4 or 5 blocks of chocoalte goo.I called the company (the one that guarantees 100% satisfaction) and they said I should have ordered the upgrading shipping (like the guarantee, also a fantasy). I would think that a company that ships product that might be susceptible to things like being delivered in a UPS truck, or flown on an airplane overnight, would take responsibility for proper packaging. I've ordered seafood online for my parents that arrived at their door well packaged, and I didn't even have to ask for the "alive" shipping option.As you might guess, the company would not refund the money. they would not even re-ship a properly packaged replacement order.Stay away from this company, and be wary of any reviews that start of with any or all of the following: Wow great packaging! Arrived faster than I expected, Showed up unmelted! You know, something a merchant might write in an attempt to balance out the real reviews. "I have been drinking green tea since my first opportunity to visit to Japan in October of 2009. Mostly I drink it iced instead of the several bottles of diet pepsi I used to drink. As long as I have a bottle of good green tea when I am thirsty I find can pass up the pepsi. I was ordering a low cost Sencha from SpecialTeas but they were bought out by a company with dramatically higher prices. Nuts on Line offered Sencha tea for the same price as I was paying. This tea smells is more brown than green, smells bad, and tastes even worse. I tried varying the water temperature and steeping time, but nothing helped. I threw it away and ordered some other teas from other places. "

"My wife orders from NutsOnline for us all the time and we're very happy with them. Packaged well, shipped fast, good quality. I can't speak for everything they sell, but we buy almonds, cashews, pistachios, various dried berries and fruits ... all with no issues. We especially like the organic options, though they're not exactly cheap (as most organic things aren't). We highly recommend NutsOnline!"
"I love Turkish pistachios. I've been buying on the net for a couple of years from a particular store. I recently found Nutsonline and it had a great website and great prices. To be safe I ordered only two pounds. Buying was easy. The nuts came the next day!! The packages were excellent and resealable.Only thing is the nuts are awful. Many had to be spit out. Many when you open the shell were only 30% of the shell size. While nuts are a crop and can vary, Ill bet I have ordered 50 lbs over the years and these were the worst by far. I get the feeling that this may be a legit outfit that doesn't know these nuts, but don't buy these nuts from them. There are plenty of other stores around. Since there are rave reviews about these nuts on their website, something isn't right."
