It takes 3 days for them to tell me my order is backordered (even though it says in the advertisement it is in stock) and now I have no idea when I will ever get it because I can't get ahold of costumer service and no one will answer any of my emails (buyers shop elsewhere!)"
"BAIT & SWITCH - BUYER BEWARE I ordered a Garmin GPS 10 Delux - confirmed by my receipt and a copy of the item description which clearly shows a detailed description of what I ordered. I also confirmed the product description with the manufacture website. They shipped a GPS 10 receiver which does not include the accessories or the software needed to work the product. They offered me a refund and said I ordered the wrong product. I had to argue to get them to refund my shipping. Customer service admitted that they had the wrong description of the item but insisted that I ordered the wrong item (I ordered what was pictured and clearly described). They would not let me speak to a supervisor and said that someone would contact me tomorrow.... I'll hold my breath. "

The gentleman answered my questions and then took my order over the phone in just a few minutes. There was no pressure when asked about and declining additional accessories or the extended warranty. I was told I would have my TV in 7 days and it arrived in just 4 working days. "
