What a terrible company. I ordered a Wii Fit that was back ordered for $88.13. Then I get an email saying that my order is cancelled because they wouldn't accept my PayPal that I use ALL the time. I try to reorder the product with a different payment method and the price of the Wii Fit is now $119.98. Hmmm. I smell some dirty dealings on their part. Bad business practices are deplorable, especially in today's economy.

I ordered two removable hard drive drawers from NuGadgets. The web page stated that they were in stock. I received email confirming my order.  
 
The next day I received an email stating that my order was cancelled because the products were out of stock and no longer available from the manufacturer. Their web site still shows the exact same product as "in stock." It's the same page I ordered from, only now the price is higher.

Warning about ordering from nugadgets to somewhere in Canada.  
 
Nugadgets charge excessively for shipping and handling, yet they ended up using the barebones UPS service that left me paying >$80 CDN in brokerage on a $200 CDN purchase, UPS informed me that they only do that on their barebones ground service, meaning Nugadgets WAY overprice shipping for profit.  
 
There's no advanced warning of this either when placing your order.  
 
Be careful if buying anything over $20CAN and shipping it across the border with nugadgets.

I tried ordering 8 little adapters (all together they should weigh less than half a pound)  
 
The order total was $5.50  
 
Guess how much the lowest shipping cost was?  
 
Yup $27 ground!

P A T H E T I C ! ! ! I ordered a simple car audio amplifier, nothing big or expensive. It takes 3 days for them to tell me my order is backordered (even though it says in the advertisement it is in stock) and now I have no idea when I will ever get it because I can't get ahold of costumer service and no one will answer any of my emails (buyers shop elsewhere!)

BAIT & SWITCH - BUYER BEWARE  
I ordered a Garmin GPS 10 Delux - confirmed by my receipt and a copy of the item description which clearly shows a detailed description of what I ordered. I also confirmed the product description with the manufacture website.  
They shipped a GPS 10 receiver which does not include the accessories or the software needed to work the product. They offered me a refund and said I ordered the wrong product. I had to argue to get them to refund my shipping.  
Customer service admitted that they had the wrong description of the item but insisted that I ordered the wrong item (I ordered what was pictured and clearly described). They would not let me speak to a supervisor and said that someone would contact me tomorrow.... I'll hold my breath.

Great outlet to buy products. I found Sharp AN-PUCM Under Cabinet Mount on Froogle. Price was so low that I couldn't believe my eyes. Ordering process was very easy and the items arrived on time. I will buy from Nugadgets again.  
 
 
 
 

I went to NuGadgets.com because none of my local stores carried Sharp AN-PUCM mount that I needed for my home. Since this item was discontinued, it was almost impossible to find. Only few vendors on the internet carried the mount in stock. Nugadgets.com had about 50% markdown in comparison to other shops. At first I thought it's a scam. However, after talking to a super pleasant customer rep and getting my item in 2 days I can wholeheartedly recommend Nugadgets to anyone who is looking for the best deal and a great service.  

I was very pleased with the way NuGadgets.com shipped and completed my Marine GPS order. The product was good and it was on time. Also priced right.

Delivery a bit slower than other companies, but arrived within a reasonable time and as described. Comparatively great price.

Had it tracked all the way thru the account on NuGadgets. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

After extensive review of pricing, policies, contact procedures, and comments regarding other vendors, I purchased a Garmin GPS from NuGadgets.com. The device was new, with USA warranty, and arrived in excellent condition with all advertised contents. Both customer service and sales staff were courteous and professional (only a polite inquiry regarding accessories) with no arm twisting, up selling, being placed on hold, or suddenly being "out of stock." Delivery was anticipated in five to seven business days, yet arrived in two, and was easily track able. This was my first major on-line purchase, so maybe I was simply fortunate, or, perhaps, they are practicing a competitive interstate business the right way. I would purchase from NuGadgets.com in the future without hesitation.

order was easy to place. was routed here by reseller ratings link on their website. received an email as soon as the order was shipped with a tracking number. product was delivered in a very reasonable time and in good condition. had a very good overall experience.

I had tried purchasing this item through a different store, but after saying the item was in stock, I got an email stating that it was on back order. I then re-ordered through NuGadgets and received the item in less than a week!!! Great prices and very fast shipping. Would defnitely shop here again and would reccommend this site!
