"What a great company. My wife has the exact same spine condition as one of the co-founders of the company, and they were very helpful in explaining which would be the best model for her. Sure enough, it's been a night and day difference for my wife who used to be in constant pain from our previous mattress. Would recommend them to anyone. Fast, free shipping, 120-day return policy. What more could you ask for?"

"I have an RV and my bed was not comfortable it formed a bowl in the middle. So I wanted to replace it. I went on line and found novosbed. I am glad I did. I researched foam beds and the name brands were just too much money for my RV.
So I compared and used novosbed comparison . There just not a bed out there that matches price and quality.i have the harmony and each night I love it more and more. I wake up in the place I started.
I expected the bed to be warm but was surprised that its no warmer than the mattress it replaced. Which was a standard innerspring.
If your worried about smell there is virtually none.
The pillows that came with the mattress are great as well.
Delivery was free but slow . Depends where you live. You won't go wrong with this bed or this company.
If you want a memory foam bed look no further."

"My wife and I are late 60's and get out of bed stiff and groaning everyday. So we decided to change mattresses, and on line research suggested memory foam might be good. Our daughter who lives 1000 miles away has a TempurPedic and that was our first thought, but the price blew me away. The research led to Novosbed website and it sounded good. I always take reviews with a grain of salt but the opinions seemed overwhelmingly positive and we took a chance. Gayle was so helpful and made the ordering process painless. The unit, a Sonata King, arrived intact. It well packaged with only a few outer cardboard carton dings from the freight gorillas. We have been sleeping on it for a week now and I think it is a great improvement over our old coil spring unit. I seem to be less stiff and my fitbit sleep monitor shows fewer awakenings. The foam has not yes completed outgassing but we find the odor not unpleasant. We have slept on our daughter's mattress and I can't tell the difference. I have just ordered a Queen Sonata for our daughter's room for when she comes home with her fiance. Yay!"

"We have a tempurpedic mattress, and needed to purchase a new mattress for our son. We looked for another option given the cost of tempurpedic. The quality and feel of the Novosbed classic is exactly like our tempurpedic. My son is thrilled with his new mattress, and so are we! Highly recommend!"

"I purchased my Novosbed mattress after I had procrastinated for a long time researching and comparing many different foam mattresses for quality and price. And I do not regret a thing. It was the best money I've ever spent.

I used to have a back pain and waking up already tired every morning, sleeping on a spring mattress that had 25 years warranty that its quality only lasted maybe first a few years.

But since I've been sleeping on Novosbed mattress, I sleep like a baby everyday (until my cat wakes me up early in the morning). All and all, I have no more back pain, and feel great every morning! And another great thing with Novosbed is their customer service reps are very sincere and nice people. :)

I highly recommend Novosbed to everyone, and I haven't been able to keep quiet about this mattress to my friends and acquaintances.

P.S. I am not getting paid to write this review. It's just my bragging point."

"We ordered our novosbed king matress and had it in 3 days.Customer service were excellent to deal with.Its very comfortable but it took a couple weeks to get used to it but now would hate to be without it. Thanks Dave H."

"we bought this bed for my husband's back. after just one night's sleep he has noticed an improvement in his back pain. we would highly recommend this bed for anyone who suffers with back pain. we previously owned a tempurpedic classic bed. since they are expensive my husband shopped around. this bed is just as comfortable as a tempurpedic but half the price. we have been very pleased with our Novosbed."

"Dealing with Novosbed was a great experience. The customer service was very knowledgeable and polite, their hours of operation were perfect and methods of contact were easy to follow. I was able to contact a real person to discuss my purchase easily and without a long wait or 15 prompts later. My daughter loves the mattress, so we are very satisfied with Novosbed. "The Novosbed team has provided excellent customer service and delivery. We ordered the bed on a Friday night and received it on the following Wednesday morning. Setup was easy and fun to watch as it expanded to full size within a few hours. We ordered the Classic Queen size. At 6ft 4, 230lbs, I find it provides just the right amount of medium firm cushioning/comfort. My wife who is much smaller/lighter finds it a bit too hard and thinks that the Aria medium soft bed might be better for her. Overall, we are very happy with the quality and price of the bed. There is a strong possibility that we may add to our mattress collection by adding a king size Aria after we've had a chance to fully adjust to the Classic Queen. We like the idea of getting 2 quality beds for the price of one compared to the more expensive big brand names!!"

" I found novosbed.com on the net, made some research, decided to send a email to Novosbed , got a reply in no time, called the 800 # and talked to a real person. ( not like usual “you call is imported to us, please stay ......... )
Had a nice chat with Gaille and ordered the mattress on Monday, got it delivered on Thursday morning, wow, did you ever hear about Mundleville NB ? we are living “in the woods” this is amazing, and even free !!
To see the mattress come out of the box, is worth already $ 100.00
We are very happy with our mattress and recommend it to everyone.
Costumer service is best ever seen, got a call a few days after delivery, to check, is everything OK.
Thank you Novosbed, and especially Gaille.
