"I dealt with David and Kyle. To be PC, these guys are, um, "cognitively challenged." Biggest time wasters ever.
We called to order a new cover for our sofa, and were assured they could get it for us in ANY color/fabric listed on the manufacturer's website. So we placed the order. We pre-paid, too.
They called back a few weeks later, saying that they had had bad information from the manufacturer, and that we had to pick one from a few select fabric/color combinations. So, we did. We ordered a tweedy brown fabric.
Fast forward (more like crawl) 12 weeks and they called me again. I recognized the number, and I knew before I picked up that they had screwed up. I just had that feeling. Did I mention cognitively challenged?
Sure enough, the cover had come in, but instead of brown it was bright orange. They blamed the manufacturer's website for the mistake (again! they always throw blame. unbelievable.), but said that they couldn't rush a replacement. They were "as frustrated as I was" of course. So when I asked for a few hours to talk to my husband about just accepting the orange one, there was an uncomfortable silence and then Kyle/David/whoever admitted that they had another customer who wanted it and that they had already said he/she could have it.
Unbelievable.
Please don't waste your time with these guys. Unprofessional amateurs."

First of all, I called around several online "modern" furniture sites and received awful customer service (no call backs, no replies to emails, etc). As soon as I called Novi Decor I knew I was in for a different experience. - i rarely if ever do reviews but I had such a nice experience I thought I'd share. They answered right away, were friendly, patience with me and answered all my questions. They responded to my emails quickly when I wasn't sure of something and didn't feel like calling. Best of all, the shipment was fast, the delivery was professional (inside placement, debris removal, nice movers: ) and the item looked exactly as it did online thankfully) oh, and the price was excellent. Not that i'm gonna need another bed for a while, but I would definitely shop there again. Outstanding."
