Moved camera closer and tried two shorter cables that I already had. Success! Plugged in THEIR cable again and wiggled plug in camera end and the connection worked sporadically. Obviously a faulty cable. It came in a plain plastic shipping bag with a suspicious generic label (NO MANUFACTURER ID). I had a damaged software title that the damage was hidden, not noticable at first glance. A couple weeks later (after a vacation) I got around to installing it and it didn\u0027t work. Customer service was very accommodating, especially since I had already cut off the Proof Of Purchase tab for a rebate. We found a solution that worked for all parties and they have earned a customer that will definately return! If they were to expand their product mix, they could give Newegg a run for my favorite. "Placed an order and several days later received a call saying that product that I had ordered had been discontinued.Yet,they let my order be processed .They stated that the replacement product that was available was half the price more. I consider this a bait and switch tactic. I will no longer use this site. They also would not even consider matching their original price.
