The item was used!!!
I sent an email explaining complain and dissatisfaction.
No response in 4 business days!
Sent other email adding “Attention of the Store Manager” in the subject line.
The response comes denying used item condition, without apology, but offering to return an item.
But at this time this item is already out of stock, and I started my vacation trip and need to keep taking pictures.
They put me in this situation when I can not return an item for exchange.
Will never shop with them.

Norman Camera replay is misleading.
I received camera on 7.22. On 7.26 sent an email notifying that camera is used.
After no replay in 4 days, on 7.31 I sent another email to store manager. At that time I went to vacation already.
Camera accessories are packed not in original factory plastic bags, have other wear signs.
