Customer used the rug for more than 30 days and then contacted us to request the return. We could not help as our supplier wont take it back from us 30 days later. Customer entered a wrong invoice number at first which we could not verify to leave this feedback. Customer still left us negative feedback for NO fault of Nilima Rugs but her own mistakes.”
