All our products for sale come with manufacturer warranty as in your case was confirmed by Eotech. Your request for shipping credit to manufacturer was declined since we have provided you with complimentary shipping to your destination and cannot be responsible for additional shipping charges to repair facility.
I believe that our U.S. Based staff made every effort to assist you with your possible factory defect.

We do not agree with your comments, our return policy is clearly listed on the site in more than one place within one click of main page, everyone can see it before placing an order.
We did not make you place any orders with our company; furthermore you chose the items without any recommendation from our sales staff, the items you refer to are being bought every day by general consumers and law enforcement agencies.
It is possible that ATN night vision unit you purchased was not made for your intended purpose, daylight spotting scope from Yukon that you have exchanged it for (price is $299) is an excellent unit.
We are also not sure how your experience was “very bad”, we responded to your 15 or so phone calls and numerous emails during your purchasing / exchange phase. We also recommended that you do not exchange your 2nd purchase for 3rd unit from another company since it seemed to us that you have unreasonable expectations.
You initially wrote that both items fell below your expectations there is nothing we can do about it. We suggest that you do not purchase optical equipment online BEFORE testing it at local shops.
We also do not charge restocking fee on exchanges, in your case you bought 2 items for testing and returned both, therefore we charged you restocking fee on both, as per our policy.”
"I bought a rifle scope from this store back in January and been charged twice ! They called to me and say that my PayPal isn't work,so I gave another credit card # and been chraged immediatly.
And what a "surprise" when a couple of week later I been charged by Pay Pal as well!
I emailed to them and called ,never answered.
So I had to open a claim .
