"I bought a rifle scope from this store back in January and been charged twice ! They called to me and say that my PayPal isn't work,so I gave another credit card # and been chraged immediatly.
And what a "surprise" when a couple of week later I been charged by Pay Pal as well!
I emailed to them and called ,never answered.
So I had to open a claim .
Be careful with this merchant."

"Night-Galaxy had the best price for the product I wanted--and their shipping was free! The service was amazing, as the night vision glasses I ordered arrived well-packed and by Priority Mail. The end result was a superior product at the lowest price possible which arrived in a very speedy fashion. This in turn resulted in "the best birthday present ever", according to my son!"

" As we all know internet shopping for the "best" price can be somewhat risky when dealing with unknown companies. Well here is my experience with Night Galaxy, Inc..
First off I have to say that Night Galaxy has probably the best pricing on optics available online, even before the free shipping promo's. I do have to say that for price and turn around they are A++. Free UPS ground shipping on both my orders arrived in 4 days. Now the down side and why I will not buy optics from Night Galaxy for my other 2 rifles. Upon receiving my second optic from Night Galaxy, a EOtech 516, I immediately open the box and inspected for shipping damage. None found, Of coarse I then mounted it to my rifle. Would you have not done the same? Well once mounted and aiming at the wall comparing it to the iron sights in the living room I noticed that the sight was extremely far off from even being close to center. It took 96 clicks to the right to center. From center you only have 80 clicks in either direction according to EOtech and anything further will cause serious damage. I am very concerned about the product I received. Also the manufacture date is April of 2009 and it was ordered Jan 28, 2010, and looking at the packaging it looks to have been slide around on a shelf for several months. My other EOtech's centered between 5 and 10 clicks. Anyway there also seems to be an issue with the Quadrant ticks not aligning on the reticule. Well time to call customer service.

As another reviewer stated upon night galaxy answering the phone, its like dealing with Hewlet Packard or Capital One whom outsource to India. The static noise, foreign accent, spending 10 minutes trying to explain your problem, only to receive a will you please hold while I try to find you and answer. Well I honestly do not believe the gentleman I talked to looked on his computer for an answer and it actually did come from his supervisor.
Sir, Because you mounted the optic (tightened a set screw with no shots fired), It is now "USED". We have your money and will do nothing more to help you. You need to contact Eotech. Eotech was very helpful and did issued an Rma for the optic, however, I'm responsible to pay the shipping for the repair of an item sold as new, that I received less than 24 hours ago. I feel that the retailer (Night Galaxy) should assume this responsibility, especially after spending close to $1000 dollars with Night Galaxy.
What caused this issue? A defective product? possibly! Consumer or employee inspection and tampering. Something to consider. Anyway, once again Night Galaxy offers no solution to a brand new product to me that I now have to pay shipping charges to send it to the manufacturer for repair. It is my opinion that Night Galaxy should be responsible for handling this issue

As a reply to below post the elevation and windage screws had slight silver showing for possible previous adjustment, however, in my experience with most mil spec or similar anodized components it is fairly normal for a small nick or two, so it was overlooked. Much more wear out of the box compared to mounting. Just a way for you to use EOtech's warranty to your advantage and make the consumer responsible for the product you sold.

Now that I have thought about this even more. My 1st purchase from you which I feel works just fine, had scar marks which exposed brass on one of the adjustment area's is evident that it was a USED, MOUNTED, returned product probably with a 10% restocking fee which was then shipped to me. To many variables! It worked, Touch up pen from local gun shop no problems. Very shady company in my opinion. "

All our products for sale come with manufacturer warranty as in your case was confirmed by Eotech. Your request for shipping credit to manufacturer was declined since we have provided you with complimentary shipping to your destination and cannot be responsible for additional shipping charges to repair facility.

"My shopping experience with Night Galaxy was very bad, primarily due to the inherent hazards of internet shopping. Night Galaxy carries some inferior quality merchandise and I bought two and returned both. I spent $60.11 on restocking fees and shipping costs for nothing. If a brick and mortar retailer charged $30 for a customer to handle and evaluate items they could not stay in business and likewise neither should Night Galaxy.

The links to the Night galaxy return policy are not displayed well. In fact to be fair, the return policy should be displayed on all the webpages.

The logic that Night Galaxy did not make me or anyone buy their products applies to all shopping experiences everywhere. So what is the point of this statement?

The offer of counseling is weak. Could the Night Galaxy staff have told me that the area I wanted to use the night vision item is too dark? Would they have informed me that the Yukon scope is difficult to use due to multiple dials and an eye lense that requires the user to have an extraordinary ability to be motionless? Would they have admitted that the demonstration of the scope’s magnification on the Yukon website is a lie?

I have to give credit to one member of the Night Galaxy staff for her advice. Un-expectantly when discussing my anticipated third purchase. The staff person warned me not to purchase a brand they carry because of the poor quality.

15 calls?! At most it was 4!

It is ethically wrong that I use local merchants with the intension of doing business with others. That is assuming it is even possible to find the products at a real store.

It was my intension to purchase a third item from Night Galaxy but before I could, I was given a refund and lost $40 on a $300 purchase which exceeds the 10% restocking fee.

This 10% restocking fee is wrong since the cost of restocking a $60 item should be no more than restocking a $6,000 item. The $600 profit for restocking high end night vision items must be a factor for Night Galaxy's low prices."

We do not agree with your comments, our return policy is clearly listed on the site in more than one place within one click of main page, everyone can see it before placing an order.

We did not make you place any orders with our company; furthermore you chose the items without any recommendation from our sales staff, the items you refer to are being bought every day by general consumers and law enforcement agencies.

It is possible that ATN night vision unit you purchased was not made for your intended purpose, daylight spotting scope from Yukon that you have exchanged it for (price is $299) is an excellent unit.

We are also not sure how your experience was “very bad”, we responded to your 15 or so phone calls and numerous emails during your purchasing / exchange phase. We also recommended that you do not exchange your 2nd purchase for 3rd unit from another company since it seemed to us that you have unreasonable expectations.

You initially wrote that both items fell below your expectations there is nothing we can do about it. We suggest that you do not purchase optical equipment online BEFORE testing it at local shops.

We also do not charge restocking fee on exchanges, in your case you bought 2 items for testing and returned both, therefore we charged you restocking fee on both, as per our policy.”
