I am pleased with Night Galaxy. The order was shipped fast and the box arrived in good condition.  
The ATN Night Cougar Night Vision Goggles were not as good as I hoped they would be. I will be sending them in hoping to fix the problem. The left lens is blury, it will not focus properly. If this problem can be resolved, I will be very pleased with them. It appeared that the goggles had been used, since the battery was already installed in them. I was conserned about that because they were supposed to be NEW.

Well it is now 10-27-09 and i made my order on 10-15-09, yes Night Galaxy will say my order was processed on the 16th which was a Friday and shipped on a Tuesday,24-48 hrs? . Still nothing has arrived. I called last week and was told the order had shipped on the 20th, no e-mail advising of the shipment or anything after the confirmation e-mail.  
A week later and still nothing.  
I will advise others to go with someone a little more reliable.  
After posting this review I was contacted by alex at night galaxy who sent another order via UPS which I received on 11-03-09, original order was placed on 10-15-09 and never received , I guess I can't fault Night galaxy for the post office losing an order but I still will not place an order with them again.

I ordered the NIGHT COUGAR NVGs through ATN. The unit malfunctioned after my first use. I referenced the paperwork and was directed to contact ATN. To make a long story short, ATN took a month to respond and another month to finally tell me they could not help me. ATN then refered me to Night Galaxy. Once I contaced Night Galaxy, I was told I was past the 30 days return policy (even though I complied with the supplied customer service contact information...ATN). Night Galaxy would not let me return the broken product, but, for a small fee, they would upgrade me to a better quality set of NVGs. Being stuck between a rock and a hard place, I agreed. Night Galaxy's customer service did a good job of swapping out the broken product. However, the included paperwork should of instructed the customer to contact Night Galaxy and not ATN. Though I was disappointed that Night Galaxy would not honor the 30 day return, I was happy with their effort to appease the customer.

I would like to thank Nightvisionplanet.com on their excellent communication/help during the purchase and fast/free shipping. I'm very happy with the item I bought and they do ship to P.O. Box too via USPS. All in all will buy again..Highly recommended!;)

I received the Ranger Night Vision order on time. It was well packed and everything was in good shape. I have one minor issue in that I have not received the free Yukon hat yet after e-mailing Night Galaxy two times about it. Overall service was outstnding. I understand the hats are not in stock or on backorder.  
I wanted to wear the hat at my hunting club to show  
the other members what I bought and tell them about  
the great service I received. I am stil playing with the Night Vision Ranger but feel it was a great deal and will definitely buy from Night Galaxy in the future as the need arises. Thanks to  
all involved with this purchase. Please advise Night Galaxy to send me the Yukon hat when it comes in. Night Galaxy also has other products that I will possibly purchase in the future.

The service was outstanding; delivery was fast and extremely well packed. The opera glasses were of extraordinary quality. Could not ask for anything more.

Shipment was fast, communication was great and the quality on the night vision goggles was awesome. For gen 1 no "fuzz" or static on screen. Amazingly clear for what it was worth.

I purchased these opera glasses for my daughter. She had her first opportunity to use them on 9/24/09. They are beautiful and proved very useful at the event we attended. She is very satisfied with them.

Night-Galaxy had the best price for the product I wanted--and their shipping was free! The service was amazing, as the night vision glasses I ordered arrived well-packed and by Priority Mail. The end result was a superior product at the lowest price possible which arrived in a very speedy fashion. This in turn resulted in "the best birthday present ever", according to my son!

This is an edit to my first review. Had a shipping problem that appears to be the fault of USPS and not Night Galaxy. Everything has been worked out. Alex from Night Galaxy is great and got everything taken care of for me.
