I placed an order for two items which I found out were back ordered which wasn\u0027t displayed on their sight. Never sent me a tracking number until I called, the package was one day away by then. Call center is in India and you can\u0027t talk to a manager you have to email them. Sent me the wrong items so I paid for return shipping out of my own pocket. I sent a detailed note with my phone # asking them to send me the right items. I included item numbers and descriptions. Didn\u0027t hear anything through email or by phone. Called a week later to find out that they just refunded my money today minus my return shipping and I won\u0027t be able to see it in my account for 48 hours. Called Blackhawk to complain they were helpful as always. DON\u0027T ORDER FROM NIGHT GALAXY!!! When the web site states that an item is in stock it isn\u0027t their stock but their suppliers stock. I waited ten days to find out that they couldn\u0027t get something that they showed was in stock.<br><br>I got an email stating that my order had been cancelled. I didn\u0027t cancel it. A call to their customer service let me know that their supplier wasn\u0027t going to have any stock for another month.<br><br>To their credit though, they will not charge you until the item ships.
