"I received the Asus A7M266 motherboard I purchased an from Nexthardwareshop.com just fine, but within a couple of months it failed. I have tried calling (8 times), e-mailing (4 times), and requesting an RMA and have either gotten complete silence or been told to call back during certain hours the next day. (Always resulting in a voice-mailbox.) Now I see their URL is decomissioned.I buy thousands of dollars worth of "stuff" annually, and though I have had a purchase or two not work out completely satisfactorily, this is the only company that has completely stiffed me."
"I ordered and received two sticks of Micron memory. They worked fine for over a year and then failed. I called the company only that their phone has been disconnected. The online site indicates that they no longer deal with customers over the telephone. So I e-mailed them on 7/29/03 and again on 8/11/03 regarding this issue. I have still to hear a word from them. By the way, Micron told me that I had to go through the reseller to fix this problem. I will NEVER deal with this company again!"
