"Here is an idea, why don't you say that you require a second address confirmation before an order can be processed at the same screen that says thank you for your order!So we don't miss out out on items that are no longer in STOCK because you stupid people took an extra day to tell me I needed a second address confirmation. Fucking Retards!

"I recently ordered a Pyle amplifier and a set of 4" speakers. The next business day after the order I recived two phone calls telling me that the speakers were out of stock and would not be in for two weeks. i was disapointed and hate dealing with online refunds so I asked if they could recommend a comprable item to replace my order with. They sent me an e-mail the next day stating that they had found a similar speaker that was a little bigger but had the same power rating and only would cost a few dollars more. I told them that the replacement product would be fine and to proceed with the oreder. I then recieved and e-mail that I neede to order the replacement item and cancell my previous order. Not knowing exactly what I wanted to do and not wanting to deal with a refund I waited until the next day so that I could call them. Before I could call i recieved another e-mail that the price difference was being taken care of and my order had been processed. I have had an excelent experience so far and anticipate a hassle free delivery of my product."

"I placed an order for a Dell IPS LCD with NextWarehouse on Friday, February 3rd. Before this order, I had not heard of NextWarehouse. This is somewhat surprising as I order a large amount of items online. After placing my order, I Googled "nextwarehouse reviews" because the company's website concerned me a bit. It has a very dated feel that, after I had already placed my order, made me very uncomfortable.

I found this review site as a result of my Google search. Needless to say, with the extremely bad reviews I saw here, I became more concerned. I rechecked the website that helped me find this company (one of those "find the lowest price on the web" sites), and they listed 2773 ratings with an average of 4.43 stars. So, at this point, I was quite confused.

Now, onto the actual review of NextWarehouse. I had a wonderful experience. Their price was lower than anybody else on the Internet (that I could find). Their site was easy to use, even if it does seem a bit dated. They shipped my item the same day that I ordered it (for free), and my monitor arrived a day earlier than their estimated delivery date in perfect condition. I am entirely happy with every aspect of their service.

Now, I do not doubt that the people that have given this company poor reviews have had issues. Issues happen. All I can stress to anybody reading reviews on here about NextWarehouse is this -- take everything with a grain of salt. For whatever reason, this site seems to attract only customers with negative experiences.

Of course, you're mileage may vary, but I had a very pleasant experience with this company and I will do business with them again in the future!"

"Spoke with Kyle at Next Warehouse to purchase (4) chrome pole stands for monitors and verify pricing advertised on the internet as well as the free shipping advertised of this product. Order was placed online for (2) because that was all they had in stock at the time. A couple days later we placed another order for two more and said we will wait for them to come off back order. Called Kyle to confirm the orders went through and they did. We then called back a couple days later requesting a tracking number as was told it will be provided in a day or two but the order is prepped and ready to ship. It was brought to my attention today Feb 3rd, that my order placed on the 25th of January will not be shipped because it was not realized by Next Warehouse that the items we purchased need freight shipping and free shipping was not available. The already purchased items sat in their warehouse until today with out any notice to myself that I will not be receiving the purchased items until I paid the extra shipping charges! If we had not called, they would have kept our $1400 for however long they could have and not inform us.
As informed by Kyle during my conversation today, there is a disclaimer that holds Next Warehouse to no obligation of invalid pricing posted and in the event of they will inform the consumer promptly. He was also quick to notify me that it was only 4 business days since the order was placed. Well Kyle, its been 4 business days that the item sat in your warehouse which you failed to promptly inform me that I was not getting!
Nothing but a headache! Will not deal with again. I will pay the extra to ensure I am working with legitimate people next time."

"I ordered an HP OfficeJet 8600 Plus from Next Warehouse. After placing the order on 12/19, I realized I hadn't done any reviews and immediately stumbled upon RR in horror reading the reviews. As scared as I was, I went to sleep and was greeted with a FedEx tracking number in my e-mail the next day. I had chosen 3-5 business day shipping but to my surprise it said it was out for delivery 12/20, the next day. I thought maybe I lucked out with NextWarehouse. Anxiously waiting for FedEx, they finally arrived.

To my horror, I saw an HP Officejet 8600 Plus box, bare. FedEx was delivering the printer box. There was no outside box and packing material, they simply FedExed the box by itself. However, to my surprise the printer was unharmed although the styrofoam was cracked in half. It was a miracle that it survived but I will NEVER ORDER FROM NEXTWAREHOUSE AGAIN. This is poor business practice and inexcusable shipping.

Heed the warnings on this site and find another vendor. Stay away."

"No complaints! Very happy.

I purchased a Netgear GS116E-NAS100 16 port network switch from NextWarehouse.com. I had read the many reviews about poor service after ordering. They did not come true. I ordered on the evening of Thu Dec 15, 2011 and the switch was at my door Tue Dec 20 before 10AM! The order tracking information did make me wonder, because it was showing as "In Process" all the way through most of Monday the 19th. The price was the best I found and it was free shipping as well! They offered 3-5 business day delivery for $3.99 and I took it. The package arrived in good shape."

"Below is the message that I sent to NextWarehouse - I think it explains the problem:
"This order was cancelled by you (NextWarehouse) because it is a "Discontinued Item." This caused a delay in us getting the product and your website still lists it as "In Stock". We even received a confirmation email and a delivery date!

"As we cannot trust your website's accuracy, we will use other suppliers when there is a choice (and there always is) of where to shop."

As stated, we will be using other sources from now on."

"I found Nextwarehouse.com about a year ago and have used their store to make company purchases every since. I have found the website to be very useful and have only had 1 problem with an item on backorder. Even then, they informed me that my item was not in stock and offered me the choice to wait for shipment or accept a full refund. On the rare occasion I have needed to speak with a live individual I have found Customer Service to be very helpful. Nextwarehouse.com prices are very competitive and they also offer attractive shipping options. Overall my company and I are very happy with the products and services we have received from nextwarehouse.com. To date we have placed over 30 individual orders with them and plan to continue our partnership with them into the future."

"****BE SURE TO READ THIS****
Read the fine detail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Insurance policy that they try to sell you with is a scam. You're responsible anyway for return and shipping charges as well as up to a 25% restocking fee (probably 25%). Pay the extra 5-20 dollars that you might save and save yourself a headache."
