"These guys are scammers and don't give you what they advertise. They didn't ship same day or any day for 4 days after my purchase and wouldn't answer my emails or my phone calls. They finally cancelled my order after numerous emails. Don't buy here. Buy on eBay or Amazon."

"I recently ordered an Invicta watch (Model #6091) from Nextdaywatches.com. What an excellent shopping experience! The watch arrived at my home in a nice Invicta watch box and it was delivered the next day as promised. The watch itself is beautiful! It's so much better than I expected and it's exactly what I was looking for! The price for such a nice watch cannot be beat by any other on-line merchant; believe me, I checked! I think the best part of this whole transaction is the "FREE SHIPPING". When nexdaywatches.com says free shipping, they mean free shipping. Thanks so much for a great shopping experience. "I have been looking for an Invicta 8932 pro diver for a long time, and finally pulled the trigger and purchased from NextDayWatches because they had the best price anywhere. Shipping was very fast and it arrived to my house in Perfect condition. The watch is beautiful and keeps great time. Everywhere I go people ask me where I got the watch. "NEXTDAY always has latest watches from Invicta in stock. No other retailer had this model available for weeks after I purchased from nextday. When it finally was stocked at their stores, it was available at very higher price. I will never purchase my watch from elsewhere.

The purchase was without flaw and delivery was very prompt.

Great services and Quick Delivery. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

"I ordered a watch from nextdaywatches.com about 2 weeks ago. I was lucky enough to snag an Invicta Coalition Forces Sniper Titanium Watch with Iridesant Crystal. I've been looking for this watch for months and this was the only place I found that had any in stock. Everything went as smooth as can be. I ordered the watch on Wednesday and I recieved a call Wednesday but did not call back that day. When I got the voicemail asking me to call back I was worried they were going to tell me that they actually didn't have the watch and would try to sell me something else. When I called they asked me to verify that I had placed the order with them and asked me a couple questions about my billing info to confirm my identity. I thought that was great. The watch I ordered cost over 300 bucks and I'm glad that they check. The guy I spoke to said they call on all orders over a certain dollar amount to prevent fraudulently charges. If I had called on Wednesday I would have had my watch the next day. But I didn't so I lost a day. I got my watch on Friday delivered to my door via UPS. The watch came with a neat watch box from Invicta and was obviously brand new had the tags and warranty cards. I have gotten TONS of compliments since. I've reffered all my friends and anyone that has asked me where I got the watch. I can't wait to order my next watch from nextdaywatches.com the only thing I warn people is if they call you call them back right away because it may delay your order!


Update: I ordered a 2nd watch from this company and received just as good service the 2nd time I ordered. I really don't see how some of these people can be dealing with the same company as I have. I have to laugh and just say I guess you just can't please everyone!"

"My name is Phuoc Tran from Guymon Ok.
The watch they send to me is NOT in new condition and it has resize and scratch on band. And I return it back. But they said they will charge 10% restocking from Invicta and 10% restocking from the site. WHY???, I'm think I'm really wrong when I come to NEXT DAY WATCH site and buy the watch. "BUYER BEWARE" Don't buy from "SCAMMER" company."

"GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!! I ordered an Invicta watch to replace one that was stolen. I knew the model, specifications, pricing, and everything about the watch. These folks did a great job, especially Reuben. I got a confirmation call back (unusual, but well appreciated) and when I noticed that the watch had gone on sale before it even got to me, they issued a refund for the difference. I got a greeat watch and a GREAT deal! I would recommend these guys any day for any transaction. "

"SCAM ALERT!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Absolutely horrible customer service. Would not provide a receipt for a Citizen watch I purchased from them. I e-mailed three times asking for a receipt/confirmation of order, so I would have a warranty record: they said each time they were sending the receipt by "separate computer-generated e-mail." I never got one. Just have to hope I never need warranty repair! I suspect they are not really an authorized Citizen dealer, even though they claim they are. The e-mail responses are full of bad grammar, and sound very "third world." I would not trust this company as far as I could throw them!"

"if you define "next day" as SIX days later, then this is your site. i ordered a watch before end of business day, assuming it would arrive THE NEXT DAY-- because, gee, that's the name of their business? and was informed by a "customer service" rep that it wouldn't arrive until TWO days later. okay. i can handle that. when it DIDN'T ship out on the advised day and I HAD TO CALL to find out WHY it didn't ship-- they told me that they had a "power outage". apparently, this 24 hour power outage (and i assume, my irate phone call) prevented the order from EVER being filled and they decided on their own to just cancel it. no consulatation. no notice. nothing. they just cancelled the order. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND CROOKS. you're better off to buy from a man in a trench coat than you are 'nextday watches.' BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!"

They have customer service that they stand by!!!!! A long story short, I have emailed Next day watches for over weeks now on a price match on two of there watches and they still have not contacted me????? I just finally got a real person on the phone and they were a a$$ about my question! and then told me no they will not match the price after i did everything they requested per there policy on this issue???????????

"Horrible customer service. They don't reply to any emails. After sending them an email they finally send me a RMA number but not a free shipping label as advertised on their web site. After shipping back the watch no refund has been issued yet. 6 business days have been past now. Waiting until next Monday to send letter to attorney general. Already opened complaint to the Better business bureau. My advise do not buy from this web site. You will have major problems when you have to return an item. Stay away."

"Poor communication; no response for a week since order email. Emailed seller, no response; called & left message, no response; called again and spoke to agent who said they emailed notifying watch was backordered - never got that email! Will not shop there again...very disappointed! Watch was a gift which is now late."
