"HORRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!

The company is located in PA. I am in PA. I got the package a week after I ordered! HMMM... doesn't make sense. I finally get the order. Completely wrong order. I payed good money for hardware and got the cheapest of cheap back. RIP OFF COMPANY! BEAWARE! By the way, the customer service is HORRIBLE!"

"UP DATE: Well He has now closed his paypal account and they can't return my money.
If i dispute this with my bank they will put my paypal account in the negitive DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NEXFAN.COM and DO NOT TRUST PAYPAL.COM use your credit card your credit card you protected against this kind of fraud.
Paypal will not return money if there is no money in the account.
one thing is I have closed his paypal account by disputing the charges but this don't stop his theft in other ways.

This company is a RIP OFF I ordered fans for CPU, HDD, Case = over $100 they Never shipped my items I have called them no answer I have emailed them no replies DO NOT ORDER FROM NEXFAN RIP OFF BEWARE
I have a small company to run now I had to refund my customer and now I have lost a customer.
This is not like yahoo to allow a merchant that rips people off has any body complained to yahoo.com about this merchant

"I was weary of ordering from these guys based on their reviews from the last couple years, but a friend insisted they were good. So I went ahead and ordered 6 case fans from them. I was very happy to discover that he was right. VERY cheap prices, very fast shipping, great product, very satisfied. Love the flat rate shipping, and the fans are better than those I bought for $10 each at CompUSA, and these were only $2.50! Will definitely shop again in the near future!"

After several more orders with Nexfan, I am still very satisfied and I would (and do) recommend them to others.

Fast shipping (at a flat rate) and great prices from this reseller. Also, items are packed very well.

Also, they are slowly, but surely adding some nice new items here and there at superb prices. For example, they have the High speed and Low Speed 80 X 25mm Panoflo fans for $4.99 each. And the best part is that they not only come with the bare leads (which, are long enough to reach most fan buses and are three wire tails -- so RPM monitoring is supported), but for no extra charge, Nexfan includes a 3 pin tail for these too. Therefore, you can use either one. Most give you either one or the other - and charge more on top of it.

Only slight bummer is the 80mm High speed just went up from $4.99 to $6.99. But, heck, that's still a great price.

And again, if any issues come up or you have questions: send an e-mail with "attention Josh" and Josh will take care of you.

A great place to use if you need several items (due to their flat shipping rate).

Still a great place to shop for cooling fans and other items. Their shipping times have improved significantly. I now get my order in 3 days or less. My last order that I placed at like 12AM on Wed got here on Friday. That is outstanding. Everything was very well packed. They have increased their product selection, so more stuff is available.

I have ordered several times from Nexfan and I do not have any real complaints. I placed an order before this one while they were moving, so there were a few issues that came up. But, things happen when one moves that cannot be helped. Josh was very helpful to resolve the problem.
Plus, I believe the move paid off, as their e-mail responses have been much quicker and I received my package at least a day earlier than I expected -- that is, using my past several orders as a guide.
Their prices are excellent. I stocked up on Sunon and YS fans, as well as other useful items that cost a lot more at other web sites. The flat shipping rate is great for a medium to large order. My last order was for a lot of items, so I know that S/H any ware else would be a bit high for all that I ordered. The down side is, if you only need one or two small items, you pay more. But that is how things work out. I cannot say it's unfair. After all, one goes into business to make money.

Bottom line: I will order from them again for my next shipment of fans and other related stuff. Also, I highly recommend them to others. Try them and I believe you won’t be disappointed. If you ever have any problems, send an e-mail “attention Josh” and he will fix it ASAP. Anytime I had an issue, Josh has corrected it to my satisfaction.

My only suggestion to Nexfan right now:
Although you have a good variety of cooling products (especially fans- very good selection), there are several medium to higher end items that you do not carry. It would be nice to see items such as Thermalright heat sinks, Arctic Silver products, and maybe even some H20 cooling items on your web site. Just as suggestion.

Everytime I order from this store I'm reminded how great their service is.
Not only did I receive my order ahead of schedule, but also the S&H is per order and not per item.
That feature and the good prices make for a substantial difference on the bottom line."

"I placed my order 10/11/07 for 3 SATA cables with free USPS shipping. They are located in California and so am I. I expected delievery within 3 days. I e-mailed them 3 times without any response. They finally shpped out my order 11/01/07....20 days after order!!!!"

I placed this (my 15th) order on 11/26/07 and I have not recieved it. It is now 01/13/08 I have emailed Josh to ask, "what is up josh?" but I have not recieved even a canned courtesy reply. I am afraid that it would be advised for you considering a purchase from Nexfan at this time to just look elsewhere. I hope he gets it together so that the great service that we received in the past is restored some time in the future -- but without any information it seems unlikely.

In posting this review (looking up the invoice) I notice that I have ordered from nexfan 14 times. While limited in variety of items, this reseller has great prices, awsome shipping, and truly the best service. He should break free from yahoo and go bigtime!! Better than frozencpu!"

"Ordered on Tuesday and had my order Friday morning even with UPS Ground Shipping. Prices were great and shipment was well packed to avoid any damage. Don't hesitate to buy from this seller."
