"I placed an order in April and am still waiting for any reply. They took the money immediately and did not deliver or respond to any email, and calling isn't possible. I have filed complaints with the Atty. Gen. of PA, BBB, and FTC. I am now filing complaints with the US Postal inspectors, FBI and anyone else that has jurisdiction or oversight. It really is time for consumers to stand up against fraud and stop being so accommodating to thieves. Whatever "Josh" at Nexfan's problems are, they knowingly defrauded many of us when they took our money while knowing they could not or would not ship the products. Nexfan had the opportunity to refuse orders and issue refunds instead of taking in as much cash as they could before failing. People like this need to be in jail and face justice. I urge everyone who has been taken by Nexfan to file complaints with the PA Atty Gen, Better Business Bureau, FBI, FTC, Postal inspectors and yahoo. Good luck."

"Like most of the folks who have posted on this forum, I too am a victim of fraud after ordering fans from the Nexfan.com website.ME:Hello,I ordered yourTitan VANESSA NK25TB/SC(RB) 120mm Universal Cooling Fan with Heatsink on april the 10th.Your system was having a problem transfering me over to paypal.So I went ahead and entered all my information (shipping, creditcard, ect..) with you guys.then I could not get a printout of my transaction recept.here it is April the 23rd and I have not received my cooling fan yet.But I already have my cpu that I ordered from newegg.com the same day.what information do you need to trackdown and see if the order even went thru?THEM: Dear Mr. Cady, I would like to personally apologize for not communicating with you sooner.I have been going through a lot of changes, with difficult family & personalissues. "I ordered a Evercool Silver KnightCPU Water Cooler WC-601 on may 8, 2008 for $49.99 along with a shipping charge of $11.95. my total charge to my wells Fargo debit card is $56.94. today is may 15, 2008 & I still have not received my product. I can understand being patient but this is ridiculous. as everyone else whom have written a review about this online merchant, yes they promptly took my funds but fail to deliver on their merchandise as promised. I feel like I have been ripped-off!!i have also noticed today may 15, 2008 that their online store or website no longer exists or that for some strange reason their online store is no longer online. not really sure how to get my money back. I may have lost it but I will be reporting them to the FBI for Fraud ASAP as my patience has worn out.These people need to go to Jail.update: may 18, 2008. it appears nexfan.com's website has been canceled. hope all of you get your $$ back as well as myself. my patience has grown weary & I have reported nexfan.com to the FBI cyber crimes unit. whatever problems josh had in the past don't pale in comparison to what's coming"
"very attractive website showing quality products.ordered fans on april 24th and still waiting. it is now may 13 they took ny money asap.emailed to me the order status which looked legit. and that is the end of communication. absolutly do not respond to email. the phone number they gave my debit card company is disconnected, I paid more for these fans than any I have ever purchased before because it looked like the real deal... very, very dissapointed!!!! customer service email they advertise does not exist.I would love to be refunded and see these nice folks in jail..."
"Never recieved the products. Had to dispute the charges on my credit card. Nobody replies to e-mail and the phone number has been disconnected. They still will take your money though. Do not purchase from them. If you have start the dispute process now. Should have looked here first."
"I placed an order with Nexfan back on January 17th. I really needed the fans for a project that needed to be completed. After waiting a month I was forced to purchase the fans from a legitimate source. Nexfan is a fraudulant website. I've written them at least a dozen emails loking for the order I placed. Now, its April and I still have no fans or a refund from my purchase. Nexfan has no problem with taking you're hard earned money and keeping it without shipping anything! Stay away from this scam! "
"I have not received the merchandise i purchased.The charge has appeared on my credit card bill.Either send my power supply i have paid for or i will contest the charge with my credit card company.I feel that i have been very patient.You advertise a quick ship date."
"I ordered From Nexfan.com for years with no problems, but now I have a serious problem. as everyone that has posted here.The thing to do is what I did last week by Filing charges and complaints to BBB, The FTC FBI Attorney general in PA. Pa. police Department, And Yahoo.do a charge back ASAP and don't stop there.The seller has 30 to get the order to you. by Law they are to inform you of delays if more than the alloted shipping time on the website, and ask if you agree to the terms or not and give you a choice of deny or accept. if you deny a prompt refund should be given. failure to do this is against the law. not shipping at all is Fraud. what this company has done is Fraud on a mass scale.My loss so far is fairly much, but it is the principle that I don't give Charity to those who steal it from me. this company has no Care to ship when they already have the money in hand.I filed everything above. the law is against him.Nexfan is currently being investigated by the FTC and Now the FBI. I sent emails and talked by phone to both these agencies. the FTC has contacted the local Pa. Police department as well to find out information on this company and persue legal actions against them.I advise everyone to do the same. stop Nexfan before they take even more money from unsuspecting consumers."
"I placed an order on Feb. 1 - This is a computer shop, so placing an order for $292.09 isn't very large for us. . but it's been 7 weeks and none of my calls or emails have been returned and still no product. I'm going after my money from their bank and would advise anyone to do the same. . maybe contact yahoo as they seem to be a yahoo store? Well, nexfan, you had a great store until you screwed your customers over. Gratz, I get to add another one to my list :) Stay far away from these guys, any order placed with them turns into a donation!"
"UNBELIEVABLY PATHETIC vendor. Instantly charged my credit card for a cable order, but sent nothing. Never answered my three requests to cancel order and refund my money. Thankfully AMEX finally annulled the charge. "

"Like most of the folks who have posted on this forum, I too am a victim of fraud after ordering fans from the Nexfan.com website.My order was placed on Feb. 2, and I have only received an order confirmation, but I have yet to even get a shipping notice - let alone my 3 fans! And after reading several reviews on this forum, I am relieved to say that I am not alone in regard to this matter. Have any of you here ever considered filing a class-action lawsuit against Nexfan? It sounds as if that would be a logical option.I admit I didn't lose that much money when making my purchase back in February - only $10.92, to be exact - but all the same, it's still a loss. And I feel bad for those of you who have placed orders for well above this amount, but still have yet to receive your merchandise. The Nexfan owner/operator will eventually get what's coming to him!Now, since I used my debit card to place my order, I honestly believe there is no way for me to get a refund from Nexfan, considering the fact that the Nexfan owner/operator does not ever answer any of his emails or phone calls. I honestly believe he deserves to be sent to prison for about 20 years, or longer if he continues to be evasive and/or defiant.Anyway, that's all I have for now."
"Subjective: This company is a total SCAM. Do not, under any circumstances, place an order from these criminals!Objective: Order was placed January 13, 2008. My credit card was charge the same day. One month later and 3 unanswered emails: nothing. I finally disputed the charge with AMEX and sent Nextfan.com a 4th email and told them I was disputing the charge. I then received the following email:Dear Sir/Madam, I am so sorry about this horrible delay. I've had some urgent emergencies but I'll look into this matter and get back to you ASAP. All the pending orders were either shipped out or will be shipped out throughout this week. Once again, my apologies for this stupid, unacceptable mistake. I'll correct this problem for you ASAP. Thank you so much for your patience with us. Best Regards, JoshNexfan.comIt is now 2 weeks after that email and I still have received no merchandise. This makes SIX WEEKS and 4 EMAILS later and nothing except empty promises, lame excuses and a charged credit card!"
"AVOID -- they charge your card then never ship or respond to any inquiry. These people are running a scam and should be arrested and shut down. I would not be so harsh, but I see what they did to me they have done to many after reading the other reviews. My credit card company issued a refund to me and "charged them back" for the purchase."
