"I've always had great service from NewEgg, and when I forgot to enter a coupon code in on an order, they were willing to honour it anyhow as a one time exception. Nice!

If NewEgg had a price-match feature like NCIX, I'd buy all my computer stuff from them."

"It was the first time I was buying from Newegg and it was a positive experience overall. I had a misfortune and the item I received was faulty but it showed me that their replace/refund service is very efficient.

"I tried to use PayPal for my original order, but for some unknown reason I received a message from Newegg saying that payment authorization had failed. There was nothing wrong with my PayPal account - plenty of money there and I use it all the time.
Newegg said cancel the order and place a new order, which I did, but unlucky for me the price increased by $42 from one day to the next. After a couple of email complaints they agreed to match the original price ( Thanks Linda ! ).
In general I think they are a great company to deal with."

"Good looking website, with handy search options. Bought a lot of stuff from newegg, never had any problems.

A few days ago I bought a pair of headphones that went on sale, so I emailed customer service about this. About an hour and a half later they emailed me saying they would give me the difference in store credit. Which is very awesome since newegg didn't have to give me anything.

I've never had any problems at newegg and with customer support like this I don't see how I ever could. On top of this I live in Canada and shipping from the US only takes 3 business days.
Long live newegg."

"I always order my parts off of new egg. In fact, my entire pc was built and upgraded over the course of two years via newegg. On May 11 of 2012, I purchased a 24" Monitor from Asus and it was on sale for 199.99 + tax & shipping. A day later it dropped to 189.99 + FREE Shipping so I submitted an e-mail to newegg asking if I could match the new price and sure enough they matched it AND they replied on the same day (which was a Sunday) to my e-mail. I am very satisfied with this website and will continue to provide my business with them throughout the years."

"I was ordering some gear off Newegg and because I moved to a new address my first order bounced. So there Fraud prevention team is doing there job and that's cool to know. Still this is and will be the only place I ever look for anyting!"

"Outstanding service and customer care.

I've ordered many parts from them, they have fast processing and shipment, often great prices, and any time I had to deal with customer service, I was pleasantly surprised by them taking ownership and resolving it to my satisfaction."
