Made good on Lost Package!!!!

"Newegg is a very respectable business to deal with. They have great prices and a nice customer service department. Recently I had a package not arrive, but the tracking showed it delivered. After the post office discovered they dropped it off at the wrong address and couldn't find it, Newegg stepped up and sent me another one of the items at no cost, even though it was really the post office that messed up. That's great customer service in anyone's book!!!! I've been a customer almost 15 years, but this has made me a customer for life, and put them at the top of my list for online retailers. Buy with confidence when you shop with Newegg!!"

Ex Loyal Amazon Customer Converted to Newegg

"I used to be a very loyal Amazon Customer but Amazon went downhill. Service and CS became horrible and a pain to deal with so I gave Newegg on my new MB. I ordered Next Day Shipping on Thursday or Friday (don't remember which date exactly) but didn't receive it till Monday. I was going to riot until I spoke with Chris H. He was very helpful, nice and informative. I have never spoke to a CS agent this helpful and kind before. He fixed my issue right away and everything was resolved in merely minutes. I'm so impressed with the service and you definitely earned my business!"

One happy Newegg.com customer since 2004!!!

"I've been a customer of Newegg.com since 2004 and I can honestly say that over the years their service and prices have only gotten better! There have been a few hiccups over the years but they have ALWAYS come through and done the right thing! I had to contact customer service about an order I placed this morning for a component in a gaming computer that I am building and I had the sincere pleasure of having Melissa A Mier respond via the chat now feature. Melissa was super efficient, pleasant and resolved the issue within 3 minutes! I cannot say enough good about Newegg.com and their staff! Thank you Melissa A Mier, if you are reading this you tell your boss I said to give you a raise for a job well done and for making me a happy customer and if by chance Melissa A Mier's boss is reading this then you need to hire more customer service agents just like her and give her a raise!!!"

Received an EXPENSIVE bunk laptop. Waiting on return label

"So excited to receive my laptop, but that excitement died when my laptop wouldn't load. All I got was a black screen with a cursor (that did move!). First I called Asus directly hoping they could help diagnose the issue. But to no avail it is still a dud. Then I called NewEgg and the first call went great until the operator answered and their connection made them sound like a muffled robot. Since I was already upset this didn't help the issue...Called back and finally got a human being, She's sending me an overnight label to send the laptop back. Once they receive it and process the return they will ship me a replacement. Kind of annoyed that I have to wait on a replacement since I NEEDED this one the day I received it. I needed this one for the upgraded processor for my work. So now I'm stuck attempting to program on a netbook again. I really hope the replacement works. I will update the review when I receive the replacement...This review does not reflect the agent, since I believe she did everything she could to rectify the problem from her position.

***I have attempted to post this review 5x now and it keeps saying my customer ID and password are incorrect lol. Funny, because on the tab next to this one, I am logged in with the very ID and Password! Attempting to keep me from posting this review will only make me more determined!

Good customer service from an otherwise bad experience

"I ordered my computer through Newegg and it was sent out, only for FedEx to misdelivery to someone else's house. Fast forward to a month later, after filing claims with both FedEx and Newegg, and even my local police department (I was supposed to receive my package on January 18th) I finally had a customer service agent who was willing to keep me updated and keep their promise as such on getting my claim finally process. The rep was polite and understanding and instead of being told I needed to wait longer that she would take care of to make sure it was finalized. "

Best Electronics Dealer on the Web

"I've been a Newegg customer for over a decade now, and they have remained the best electronics dealer I know of. Especially for Computer Parts. I have never had an issue with them, and every time I have talked to customer service it was because of my own mistake. Even then, their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. They have helped me with whatever issue I had, and I even received a personalized, hand-written note thanking me, even though it was they who helped me! I always order from Newegg and keep up with any sales they have. They should definitely be your first stop for any electronics needs."

Newegg? Don't unless you want frustration

"I bot a computer from them. It ended up being so cheaply made that within 2 months the wires connecting the keyboard to the computer were exposed. I get a 'free' headset bundled with the computer. It didn't work and calling customer service was a total nightmare. One person hung up on me because I asked if I could speak with a supervisor. I ended up sending the headset back in at my expense only for it to go into a black hole. Looks like I will never get the replacement headset I was told I would get.

I am sorry I ever ran across Newegg.

Wow after shopping with Newegg recently the Customer Service from Mariah was Awesome,

"I am a long time Shopper with Newegg all the way back to 2006 or earlier. Loved shopping here for all my many Computer needs I have had and then other stuff in Electronics. They have such a killer selection of products. But today I needed some help with my last purchase of a WD Hard Drive and I got Mariah on the phone. She absolutely blew me away with her fast knowledge of everything and the Kindest genuine person. Newegg sure has a good person working for them with Mariah in Customer Support. Thanks as always Newegg. "

Great customer service

"I had a little mixup with some parts and ending up needing to do a return. I had a lot of questions and had to call in 3 times because I have a lot of stupid questions and like to make sure I understand everything. Most places get a little **** off about this but all 3 agents did a great job, friendly, polite, understood my situation. I'm impressed"

Newegg is a good egg

"I ordered a My Weigh baby / pet scale but when it arrived it was missing the a/c adapter. I contacted Newegg and they could not have been more helpful. I contacted the seller 123Stores through the Newegg website and received a prompt answer offering to send the scale back for free or receive a rebate. I like the scale so I'm keeping it and accepting the rebate.

I have spent some time looking at the Newegg website and intend on shopping there again.
The variety of items for sale and the great customer service is such a plus. AND I could communicate with Melissa with ease which is often not the case with customer service

Fast and helpful customer service

"One of the few companies I can call and get support within 30 seconds of dialing. I purchased a computer case which went on sale a day after my order shipped. The support number was easy to find on the website, and I immediately got a representative, Leo M Copeland (hopefully that's the right name since it's what I got in my e-mail confirmation). Guy had a helpful attitude and credited me the difference for my purchase - no questions asked. Support like this is what makes me pick Newegg over other online retailers when the prices are similar."

HAD an issue, Aria took care of it in style!

"Had an issue with a cancelled payment by the bank. Contacted the chat and got Aria. Not only did my problem get fixed, but I was upgraded to 3 day shipping for FREE....from an issue the bank most likely caused. Thats why I shop NewEgg whenever I can"
