I recently called to complain about not receiving a rebate. I explained to Debra that I am happy with the company but did not like who they where using to handle my rebate because it had taken several months and I still had not received the rebate. She apologized for the service and said that she would send me another rebate. I explained that I would wait but she went ahead and sent me the rebate.
