"i actually buy a lot from this site good price and i have shoprunner free ups second day and that is cool recieve items fast newegg costumer service cant do a few things that i dont like and only two times i have to return something i mean i spend like 1 to 4 thousands by year and i have a few years now buying from them and everything is cool but sometimes costumer service is stupid and annoying i hate them sometimes"

"Ordered two Video cards from Newegg. They shipping is always quick even if you chose the free option. I placed the order Tuesday night and expect the cards delivery Friday.

I also got stuck with a $40 price drop overnight after ordering the cards. Newegg's price match policy is that they don't, period. While this was disappointing I contacted the customer service line via chat. Even though she reminded me that they do not price match she gave me a $25 credit with no argument.

Was it perfect? No, is it satisfactory? Yes. This is the first hiccup I've had with them in the 8 years I've been buying from them. Looking forward to another smooth 8.

On a side note to all the reviews hating on Newegg for DOA and shoddy products, perhaps buy higher quality stuff made by a vendor who actually has decent customer support. If I have a product die I never RMA via Newegg because they didn't make it, I always go straight to the manufacturer and make them resolve the issue."

"This is the first time I purchased something from Newegg.com and I am amazed at how thorough they are. I had a question about a little descrepancy and it was addressed immediately! Wow, what great customer service! I will be doing all of my shopping with Newegg.com from now on. You don't get customer service like that anymore, they can't be beat! Thank You Newegg, you have my total loyalty. Great prices, Great Customer Service, Great selection of products, why would you shop any place else? Not me, I am a HAPPY NEWEGG!!!"

"Excellent customer service, excellent Website, fast shipping, especially knowledgeable customers/reviewers. I've used Newegg for years with never a problem, and they're the first place I go to when I'm in the market for electronics, especially computer equipment."

"Great reseller! e.g., I ordered a Pioneer VSX-1122 @ $599. When I went on-line to check status the next day, the price was $429. I asked what they could do for me. Their response was exceptional! They issued a store coupon for $170 good for 90 days. I buy lots of stuff from Newegg so that was a great solution to my problem. Further, they ship UPS 3-day at their expense. Great E-tailer! Consider them next time you shop on-line for electronics."

"A generally reliable place to order from. Make sure, like with any retailer you open and test whatever items you order as soon as you get them. Their shipping costs vary from day to day, free one day $7 the next. So it goes.

Dealing with customer service is usually pretty good. They don't necessarily always give you what you want, but they are reasonable."

"I've shopped at Newegg numerous times, but this time I had to RMA some RAM that was defective. Everything went smoothly with the RMA but when I received the email that the refund was processed it was for a lower amount than I paid. I used their online chat and simply stated that I had a question about the amount refunded from my RMA. Without going into any further details the agent looked at the RMA details, processed the refund for the remaining amount, and told me what she had done. I didn't even have to fully explain my reason for contacting support before they corrected it. Turns out it was because I had used a promotional code on the order for a different item and if any item is returned from an order where a promotional code was used then there is proportional reduction in the amount refunded from an RMA. Seems like a silly glitch, but they know about it and corrected it extremely fast."
