"I had ordered a headset from them almost a year ago today, ran into an issue with the headset and was in the process of getting a warranty covered replacement when I realized that I couldn't remember where I purchased the headset from. After looking through Amazon, Newegg, and even Tigerdirect, I ran into a dead end. Finally, I remembered that I had, had it shipped through shoprunner, which still had the order number for my headset purchase. Though oddly enough, it wasn't attached to the newegg account I was looking at.
After a quick chat with their wonderful costumer service, I supplied them with the order number in question and the person helping me pointed out the email it was logged under. That's when I realized that I had purchased the headset on my old newegg account, one that I had forgotten about entirely at this point.
Thankfully, I'm now able to inquire about my warranty covered replacement and supply all the information required, all thanks to the wonderful people behind Newegg.com's costumer service!"
