I called Newegg the following day and spoke with Gloria. In just a few minutes, she had done some checking and was able to credit my account for the difference. I really appreciated that the company was willing to offer my an additional discount and that customer service far surpassed most customer service lines I have encountered--no make that all customer service lines. I don't know how they do it, but Newegg offers great products at great prices with excellent support. I will definitely always check Newegg first for my equipment needs. "I saw the Corsair 500r was on sale at newegg with a rebate and decided I had to take advantage of it with what leftover money I had on a gift card. Unfortunately I was short 82 cents, I called support asked one of their support techs Dylan, if they could wave the extra cents so I could take advantage of this deal and luckily to my surpise they did, Definitely will be shopping with newegg, great prices, great customer support, great inventory.
