"Have been using NewEgg for 12+ yrs. With hundreds of purchases I have only needed to contact support 3 times.... that's a testament in itself of their superior service. Each time I was able to talk to an English speaking human, another rare find in today's offshoring world. On each occasion the rep took care of the issue IMMEDIATELY always in my favor. Today was no exception; when making the order I zigged when I should have zagged and missed the promo code which then expired overnight. The agent re-applied the code no question no hassle. NEWEGG ROCKS!!!!!! Sorry Tiger, eBay, and others I no longer even comparison shop........ there IS NO comparison!!!"

"I purchased a refurbished SSD drive from Newegg, and (honestly, not surprisingly) it died about a month after I got it. I was exactly four days outside of my warranty window.

I didn't expect Newegg to honor the warranty, but it never hurts to ask. So I asked if there was anything they can do for me. Newegg responded to me the next day (a Sunday even!) and said they would honor my warranty.

This is why I buy from Newegg – they have amazing service. And trust me when I say service matters, especially when computer hardware is involved. I didn't have to call the manufacturer and spend an hour with a tech specialist to verify the drive was actually dead. I really appreciate the level of respect Newegg has for its customers.

I highly recommend them. "

"Been using Newegg for years. Rock solid vendor for computer parts and electronics. Always fast shipping, processing and good customer support. On my last order I thought I was going to get several rebates for multiple video cards that I ordered, but when I read the small print it was only one rebate per household. I talked to Anthony Campillo in support over the phone and he kindly offered to issue a credit to my preferred account to make up for it. Preferred account is great, highly recommend it. RMAs have always been super fast in my experience as well. Can't recommend Newegg enough!"

"Newegg consistently beats their projected arrival times for merchandise shipments (because they have distribution warehouses across the country). The customer service reps. are friendly, fast, and efficient, and returns are hassle-free. Whenever I need PC components, Newegg is always my first choice. I do not work for Newegg. I'm just a satisfied customer."

"Newegg is a great website to order electronic equipment and supplies from. I have used it for several years. Their selection, response time and service has been very good, very efficient. Their shipping time always makes me think I have paid extra (I don't.)All except one of the products purchased have been great. The one defective product was a dog training collar made in China. (It worked for 3 days!) This proved to be an excellent opportunity for service. Newegg was very hands-on in helping get the product returned and a refund credited.

I highly recommend Newegg!"

"Newegg is the "GOTO" retailer.... they have an awesome site making it easy to find the right items.. showing community reviews...and the lowest prices... and on top of that UNBEATABLE service... Its my one and only place to shop.. the peace of mind of dealing with NEWEGG is PRICELESS.."

"I had messed up on the shipping option for my order and cancelled it. I then placed the same order with the correct shipping, and everything seemed fine. However, my transaction was blocked by my credit card company! I got on the phone with them and ended up in a conference call with Newegg customer service. The guy I got, Julian Romero, handled the confusion beautiful. He knew exactly what to do and promptly cooperated with my fraud detection representative and was able to get my order on track. I wanted to leave this review to say a huge thank-you to Julian. Thanks again!"

"I am completely satiscfied with Angelina's handling of my mistake in ordering the seagate hard drive. I forgot to insert the promotion code when I placed my order but Angelina refunded $25.00 to my Visa account. Many thanks to Angelina and the staff at Newegg. The hard drive did arrive this afternoon

"Competitive prices (I take the time to compare prices from several vendors for every purchase), great selection, quick and reasonably priced or free shipping on most items make this one of my favorite places to shop online. Just had a good experience with customer service today via online chat. Only waited one minute for a representative to become available and they took care of my problem in under three minutes (time includes my slowly-typed response). I do recommend Newegg to my friends who buy goods online."

"I have been shopping at Newegg for the past 11 years and have only had ONE RMA the entire time!

This RMA was for a Razer Blackwidow Tournament Edition keyboard that I had purchased a few weeks prior to this post. The keyboards cord began to cause the keyboard to disconnect from my computer if touched.

Well, with no prior RMA experience, and especially with a keyboard, I did NOT keep the original box/manuals/fancy carrying case for the keyboard. And when I filed for an RMA it stated that you needed the original packaging for your RMA to effectively process.

So I called Newegg hoping to beg my way for an RMA anyways, but still expecting them to say "too bad." Well, a customer service representative named Amy pretty much gave me a "free pass" and gave me two options: send me a replacement cord at no cost or send me a replacement keyboard and I would have to send my old keyboard.

I proceeded with a new replacement cord.

It's great to say that I will have my replacement cord within the next two business days :), instead of the two week+ time frames that RMA's usually take.

Thank you Newegg! And thank you Amy! Definitely made me a happy customer."

"Abbi.L.Vivelo handled my RMA with care and treated me with great respect. Because of this, I will consistently use newegg as much as possible. Too many companies now of days treat customers like consumer cattle. I didn't get this impression at all. Although I had to return my products it was only because of an incompatibility issue on my end.

I'm really glad Abbi.L.Vivelo treated me with respect and brighten my day."

"I purchased a Trendnet router which turned up to be a complete failure(a complete joke), only looks it but don't perform. I was infuriated for the time I'm loosing on top more money i have to spend on dealing with it. I contacted Newegg by phone and Rep. Abbi answered. She was very helpful and understanding of my situation, fixed the RMA request i made few minutes before, and now I'm very happy to purchase a different brand as soon as i package this one. Many thanks to Abbi and newegg services. What can i say, I will be back!!!
