"RMA was easy and newegg helped me along the whole way, i was concerned that once i got back my CPU, item being RMA, that i would find other problems with my computer build but newegg took care of everything and let me know that they would honor their return policy within 30 days upon receiving my new CPU."

"I have been a customer of Newegg.com for many years now. What amazed me is that Newegg.com keeps getting better and better in pricing, product selections, and customer services. There are many deals coming to offer its customer the best prices. The shipping was always prompt and well packed. The delivery is faster now than year ago, thanks to new shipping centers throughout the states. The customer service was quick to answer questions. The customer service representatives do not just answer your questions. They actual will walk extra mile to help you. For example, when I had a question about a rebate. They not only explain it to me but also offer me a coupon in case that I did not receive the rebate. Newegg.com gives me the best services I experienced in more than 15 years of online shopping."

"Newegg.com has become my new favorite site for computer related purchases. On my two recent purchases, when the items' prices dropped after shipping, newegg.com credited my account for the price difference despite no published policies to do this. Pretty customer-friendly way to do business, I say."

"Newegg is awesome. Their customer service department is quick with responses and is very "human." For example, I bought a sound card for a gift for someone else, and the mobo did not have any extra pci slots. I hit up newegg for a refund (completely not their fault) and they responded within a few hours and told me to not waste my time and keep the item and they gave me a full refund. Newegg you rock"

1) She tells me it can only be applied to one item per order. I disprove that by telling her I ordered 2 motherboards $99/ea and it gave me $20 off (If I can add 2+2=4 then 10% of $99 should be right at $10 rounded up like it seems your company does.

1a) She tells me she can issue a credit after I make the order of $9 to a set of 3 motherboards that are $89/ea.

2) She tells me at first that the promo code can only be used once per account. Had I have known this I would have made one huge order. This won't happen again thats for sure.



3) WTF? How does a firewall stop you from using a promocode? I don't see the logic in this anywhere.





Seriously you guys? Come on. My last line to this person is 110% true.



P.S. Stop sending me items I'm paying for as "brand new items" and arriving obviously used, beaten up, unboxed with no box to be found, and missing pieces. The only reason I don't contact you when this happens is because dealing with your customer support is THE worst thing ever. Would be nice if someone took this thread to heart and improved it.

"I have always wanted to build my own computer. Always thought it would be too difficult or that I would get in over my head. I was needing a new gaming desktop and was going to go to a big box store to buy prebuilt, but happened to see the tutorial DIY computer build videos and they gave me the confidence to order the parts and build my own. I let the videos lead me through the build and it went off without a hitch. I now have a much higher performance computer than I would have gotten for the same cost. The real payoff is how much fun it was to do. The video product presentations also help greatly in making decisions about what to buy. It really set Newegg apart as I browsed different websites. I will be buying from Newegg from now on. Reading the other reviews it seems that almost every digruntled customer review can be chalked up to a bad deliveryman or unreasonable expectations."
