just wanted to say I received the item in good shape that once I remember to turn it on it work perfectly I know that my laptop and my knees are a lot cooler then before. I wanted a laptop cooler for a very long time, but I need one with the usb ports I only have two on my laptop. This works fine and I am looking forward to using more usb devices.

Ordered a Cavalry NAS device and when I received the item, one of the two drives were dead. I started a chat with newegg and within minutes Steve had an RMA, and offered a 30$ price match on another item because the item I ordered was no longer being sold. He even went as far as upgrading me to free overnight shipping.  
 
Once again a VERY satified newegg customer.

Had a price drop after my order and newegg chat resolved and credited me within minutes of the chat starting. Very quick processing and shipping. Went away from nearby to save ten dollars at anoher site and quickly came running back

I just wanted to share the excellent service I received regarding an order I placed with newegg. Be cause of a clerical error on the item page, the warranty for my ordered item was only 90 days instead of the indicated 1 year. After contacting the manufacturer and been refused service I contacted newegg. In a few hours, they looked into it and caught the mistake. Even though my item was not under warranty any more, they step up to the plate and offered a replacement with a return shipping label to send my defective item back. This is what I call top noth service and I am glad that I am a regular customer of this great company! I rate them A+ for service!

NewEgg is very good on price and return/RMA service. Lately the time to ship has been extending a day or two.  
Parts being shipped from Tenn are being packed with brown paper stuffing and parts come rattling around i the box.

I've been ordering from Newegg for years. This is the first time I've ever had an issue with the process. It's my fault, I didn't ensure my new address was updated before I ordered. Any way of contacting them is quick and easy. Not only that, they released new promo codes today and because of my delay I was able to save more money.. and they were happy to do it. Thanks for the delay I guess! I would have been so mad if I missed the new promo codes.

I unfortunately purchased the wrong kind of external enclosure for my hard drive (IDE when I should've purchased SATA). Newegg.com's representative Amy told me that because the item was of low dollar value, I should just expect a refund in the form of store credit for a future purchase.  
 
This was above and beyond what I had expected due to my mishap. I applaud Newegg tremendously for this fantastic customer service and look forward to future business with them for all my computer needs!
