I've been a frequent customer of newegg.com for a few years now. I discovered them when I was building my first computer. I ordered all my parts from them and had no problems with getting them shipped, the prices were the lowest around and shipping was FAST.  
 
I just recently ordered a XFX brand ATI 5770 graphics from newegg. I love their shipping because 3 days means, 3 days at most. Most of the time when I order, I get my shipment within 1 or 2 days. Now THAT is service. Add to that the free 3 day guaranteed service that many items have, and you have amazing shipping options.  
 
I've dealt with newegg's customer service on numerous occasions, whether it is to ask about an item or submit an RMA. ALL, and I mean ALL of the customer service reps I've talked to are very polite, considerate and really are their to help you. It's always a pleasure to talk to CS, and sometimes I feel like I just want to sit down and chat with these people. It's an amazing feeling.  
 
I absolutely love newegg and recommend it to ANYONE who is looking to buy electronics from a reputable retailer, at an amazing price with stellar customer service and flexible return policies. As the saying goes, "Once you know, You Newegg." I am a customer for life.

I have for the past 7 years bought from newegg an every time they have been the best with shipping ,best prices and when i had 2 dif DOA's on dif orders they stepped up took care of all my needs to make things rite. I see some one had trobles with shipping mines always been on time or early , But the warehouse in TN is a bit slower then the others but they still get it here on time. Even tho they are 5 hrs away ya would think they would be the fastest. But as always its here on time. I for one stand behind neweggs custermer care and will always buy there. Newegg has the best customer service I've ever experienced for a hardware/electronics retailer. I do a lot of PC repair, and custom PC builds for various clients around my area. I always direct them to purchase the hardware through Newegg, and they've never had any problems with service.  
 
This particular situation was a bit different. I was building a PC for myself for the first time in 5 years. I ordered a 4 GB Corsair RAM kit, and, after a month of use, found it to be slightly incompatible with the motherboard I purchased, causing persistent issues. Newegg customer service gave me an RMA for a full refund so that I could purchase a different Corsair kit. Any other online retailer would have laughed at the request, after using the product for a month, and would have forced me to go through the hardware manufacturer instead.

I can confirm what has been said with regard to Newegg's less-than-honest shipping policies and unresponsive customer service. Next day service becomes "3-day select", "Guaranteed 3-day" becomes "ground" and as a consequence of this, rush processing is nothing more than a poor joke.  
 
If you complain, Newegg's tragically abrupt customer service representatives will inform you that they've scammed Saturday out of the business week. I don't know about you, but the last time I checked, a fair amount of shipping was conducted on Saturday. In the course of my writing this, I've received four packages from Amazon (2 UPS, 2 Fedex); Saturday apparently doesn't stop reputable vendors from getting you what you paid for.  
 
Amazon's free "Super Saver" shipping is more reliable than Newegg's "Guaranteed 3-day." In fact, the only thing you can guarantee with Newegg is that it will take more than three days for your items to get to you.  
 
My advice; if transit time concerns you and if you care about actual customer service, shop elsewhere. Money is too tight these days to be wasting it buying from retailers dedicated to underperformance. From now on, I'm taking my business to Amazon. Their prices are better, their customer service is a world apart from what passes as such at Newegg, and at least their shipping policies are honest.  
 
Protect your hard-earned money. Buy from someone who values your business.

Newegg is a great operation to deal with. I have always been treated with professional service... They seem to always have what I am looking for in stock, they ship it out very quickly, and if the need or desire arises for customer service they are second to none! I have worked in the IT department for two different companies and we have ordered all components for building servers as well as work stations from Newegg and have remained loyal customers because of their level of professionalism. A great operation all the way around... Deal with confidence... You will be glad you did...

I have been ordering from NewEgg since 2005 for a reason... but I cannot decide if that reason is the great prices, incredible shipping speed, or amazing CS... Most companies would be lucky to have 1 of these 3. I am happy to report NewEgg has all 3! I have ordered COUNTLESS items from them and they will continue to be my primary source!

Newegg has the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure to work with! I bought the wrong item by accident and they went beyond the call of duty to make sure I had a satisfying shopping experience. They presented me with a great solution right away without any hassles and with the most friendly and polite service I had ever received over the phone! Their prices and products are also great! This is the first time in years of loyalty to Newegg that we have had to return a product. I ordered a laptop in preparation for a six week business trip and it was DOA. I returned the product per Newegg's RMA process, which understandably took some time. Time which I did not have. While I was waiting out the RMA process, the laptop became out of stock resulting in a refund which left me in a bind. Hearing about the experience my wife had on the phone with Ivan Godoy at Newegg Customer Support reinforced my opinion that, in the end, Newegg is committed to doing right by the customer and is willing to earn continuing loyalty. Not only had the laptop gone out of stock, but the price had increased. Ivan was very courteous and responsive to all of our inquiries. He was able to price match my previous purchase on the same laptop available in a different color and ship it to me next day. I appreciate his help with this matter and I look forward to working with him and Newegg in the future.

Unbelievable customer srevice! I miss-ordered an SATA dvd burner when I should have ordered an IDE model burner. When I called in to see how to handle it. I was told a credit would be issued immediately. I asked how to return the mis-ordered burner...they said keep it. Crazy! So I just ordered the correct burner and will shop Newton before I shop any where else. It just doesn't get better!

Newegg is Eggcellent! Best prices and great service. Newegg is my first choice for online shopping.
