"I saw the Corsair 500r was on sale at newegg with a rebate and decided I had to take advantage of it with what leftover money I had on a gift card. Unfortunately I was short 82 cents, I called support asked one of their support techs Dylan, if they could wave the extra cents so I could take advantage of this deal and luckily to my surpise they did, Definitely will be shopping with newegg, great prices, great customer support, great inventory. Truly dominate force in the PC market"

"I recently purchased a Kodak i940 scanner for my home office. Newegg had the best price. It was easy to do the order and I received within a few days. I set up the scanner and loved it for my uses. I wanted to tell a relative about it so I went back online to check the price. It had gone down $42.00. I called Newegg the following day and spoke with Gloria. In just a few minutes, she had done some checking and was able to credit my account for the difference. I really appreciated that the company was willing to offer my an additional discount and that customer service far surpassed most customer service lines I have encountered--no make that all customer service lines. I don't know how they do it, but Newegg offers great products at great prices with excellent support. I will definitely always check Newegg first for my equipment needs. Thank you Newegg and thank you Gloria!"

"I have been a customer of Newegg.com for over 10 years. Not only do they have great prices. They also have first rate service and shipping. I have had several times where I have had issues with orders that I wanted to cancel or just recently where they credited my account after a recently purchased item went on sale. These people are always ready to help! I will only order from new egg."

"Awesome. I built my desktop (Intel i7-4770K & GTX 780 SC) off of Newegg, and the items arrived a day before they were supposed to. My case arrived damaged by UPS, and Newegg did me an advanced return - I could build my desktop and just send back the broken carrying handle.

PS: My service rep was Andrea Wei, and she was prompt and professional. "

"Poor customer service/resolution options. Long story short, Lasership "lost my package" and advised me to contact Newegg. Newegg would do nothing to accommodate. They told me I would need to wait 7-10 business days and then they would resend the item; regular shipping of course. Not to mention I had placed this order more than a week prior!

When asking for a refund I was advised I would need to wait the 7-10 business days plus another 3-5 business days for processing...

In my opinion, absolutely pathetic!!"

"I had bought video card to upgrade my pc. Unfortunately it was broken and I had to get it RMA. The process to get the product RMA was completely painless and was a few button pushes. The RMAed card was causing the same issues as the original and I decided to just return the defective card. The processes also took no more than a few minutes to complete. I love shopping at Newegg, great products and amazing customer service!"

"Waiting to see how my issue resolves. Newegg made promises in an email, and if they refund my money for a defective refurbished product, I will be amazed by this company. If they refund my money and credit me $30 for the inconvenience, I will totally give them 5 stars. "
