I ordered 2 batteries from NWV for my camera and received them in 3 days. They were cheaper than the other sites I searched and they work great! I would definately order from here again.

I ordered a NB-2L/NB-2LH Lion Ion Extended Battery Pack for my cannon ZR200 and this is the first time I bought stuff at NWV Direct. The price was good, the shipping was fast, but the problem is that the battery may not be good. I have charged and recharged the new battery several times, but it never lasts as long as expected (actually, sometimes it is totally bad; it lasts for only a few minutes). I might have to consider to send the battery back to NWV if it keeps been like that.

I ordered a battery for my camera. Not only was the price excellent, and below what I expected, but the battery arrived in just a few days. I was very pleasantly surprised and happy with how easy and fast the entire buying process was. Thank you.

After shopping around for a good while and going through several online stores, I came across NWV Direct and that's where I stopped researching. I still did some comparison with the other places I was considering buying these batteries, but that made it even more clear that NWV Direct was the place for my final purchase.

Good prices, good service. I've actually not used the batteries yet, turns out my camera has better battery life than I'd predicted, but I'm happy with the store and service.  
 

Ordered sony lens on 6/15/09. Received an email back the next day telling me to contact "Charles" that there was a problem with my order. Called Charles immediately. He told me the item was on back order and would take an additional 10 days. I told him no problem. 17 days later, no lens. I call back again and speak to Charles. He tells me, "still out of stock". So I ask him when it will be in. He puts me on hold, comes back and tells me that Sony no longer makes the lens. I ask him if that is the case, why is the item still for sale on your website? Why did you not tell me this when I called 17 days ago? He tells me that "its not his fault, it is sony's fault"  
UPDATE: I received an apology email from Charles shortly after submitting this review. He apologized for being unprofessional. The next day, after seeing this review, I received another email from his supervisor, also apologizing. I think this is very good that they apologized, but this still does not explain the situation as to why I was told the item was on back order and then 2 weeks later that the item was no longer available from the manufacturer. PLUS get this---the item is STILL for sale on their website!! After all of that!

I ordered a battery from this company not really knowing what to expect. I had been burnt before BUT NOT THIS TIME. I got a good quality battery for my Lumix. I received good email confirmation and everything went exactly as promised. Recommended!

This is one of those stores that you find and add to your favorites. They have been helpful everytime I have called or e-mailed. Wether the order was big or small they treat me great. I would strongly recommend this company!! This last experience was to get a replacement battery for a manufacturers defect and NWV Direct hooked me up with a better battery at a great price. They made me a happy customer and the problem was not even thier fault. product arrived in a few days as promised.

This company is a scam. They list name brand product at low prices on their website and once your order said product, they call you and tell you that your item is on backorder but that you can instead get such-and-such a comparable item at a discount. Of course, this replacement product is alway a higher price and they make it seem like you are getting "deal" for the inconvenience of the whole backorder scenario. The biggest problem with this is that the merchandise is CRAP and not worth much more than pocket change. I ordered a Kodak rechargeable battery and charger, which to this day is still listed on their site for a price of $24. The item I actually received is a no brand, scratched up piece of junk and no longer works at all, after 4 short months. I am very dissatisfied with this company and wish to warn any buyers to shop elsewhere!
